“Best hotel we stayed in ...”

Modern clean and comfortable. This was the best hotel we stayed in on our travels by quite a way so would recommend this to anyone.

“Very Pleasant Hotel and Staff”

Hotel very well situated for getting around on public transport. Staff friendly and very helpful. Was suprised that there was a charge for using the safety deposit box in the bedroom which we didn't use because of this. We did not use the mini bar either. There was a good choice for breakfast and the counters were kept well stocked. We ate in the hotel one evening and were a little confused about the menu, there was only bufet style although the menu appeared to say otherwise. The food was good, could have done with warm plates to serve the hot food on to keep it hot. Had a very enjoyable stay.

“'Absolutely fine!'”

For a short city break this was a comfortable hotel and ,even though it was not really in the centre of Lisbon, the location was fine. The Metro is one block away and at less than 4 euros for a daily travel pass that lets you on trains, trams, buses, funuculars, lifts etc. etc getting to anywhere (including the airport) was really easy. Hotel staff were very helpful and breakfast was very nice. I recommend this as a good hotel and will return here if I visit Lisbon again.

“Review”

This is a good hotel, well-located, especially for the Gulbenkian Museum. The Metro station is 5 minutes walk, taking you direct to the city centre.

Very well located minutes away from S.Sebastiao Metro Station and Avenida da Republica,Marques de Pombal,Saldanha and Airport.Recently renovated,modern lots of marble.Very good full american breakfast with black tie service.Very good quality for the money.

“Great Hotel”

It is a popular tour group hotel which pretty much says it all. Excellent hot and cold breakfast. Close to the Metro. 4 star rating. Quiet neighborhood. Only a few restaurants nearby. The Italian one a block away is outstanding.

“Great Choice”

Room was great, service was excellent, breakfast choices were abundant and diverse. Metro and bus stops very close. Also, the wonderful Gulbenkian Museum is right there. If I had any compaint at all, it was with the wifi service. Since it isn't free (you pay in advance ihour increments) it should work much better. But that was one sour spot in an otherwise very good experience.

“A fine experience”

The staff were most helpful, even when under siege from bus parties, and the place was kept sparklingly clean. I ate twice in the restaurant, and was well satisfied, though if you wish choice you had better go elsewhere. Breakfast was splendid, filling enough for all nationalities, and the coffee was excellent. Situated five minutes walk from a metro station with two lines, and the same walking distance from Lisbon's finest museum, the Gulbenkian, the Olissippo's location is most convenient.

“Top Marks for Buffet Breakfast”

Hotel staff very nice and helpful. Hotel location was just a two minute walk to the Metro station. There's so much to see and do in Lisbon. Had a fantastic time during our 6 day holiday break. Top marks for the buffet breakfast, there was such a wide variety of choice, a great start to the day ahead. :-)

“a great stay”

We picked this hotel as a base to explore Lisbon and were entirely satiisfied with our choice being located just a few minutes walk from s.sebastio metro station. Our room was comfortable. Staff in the hotel were friendly and helpful. There is also a great bar in the hotel. Breakfast in the hotel was good. I would certainly recommend this hotel to others.
