Great hotel, very clean, very close to airport

Posted Jul 17, 2014
Pros: Everything.
Cons: I wish it had a pool.
Location: Shuttle is available from airport. About $10 euros to take a taxi to "commerce plaza", Bairro Alto, & Chiado.
Great staff, very clean, close to the airport. Rooms were very beautiful, clean and comfortable.

good hotel for early morning flight

Posted Jun 27, 2014
Pros: quick and courteous airport pickup when we arrived, asked us about needing a wake up call, nice dinner buffet and 24 hour room service
Cons: offer breakfast food on the all night room service
We chose the Radisson Blu for its proximity to the Lisbon airport and the fact that it had 24 hour room service as we had to leave at 4 am. Overall it was a fine hotel though if you are looking to stay longer I would choose a hotel with a more central location.

Nice hotel near to Lisbon airport

Posted Jun 14, 2014
We stayed here the night before taking our flight back to United States, after a long 10 day hectic vacation. We absolutely loved the comfort and the rooms, which are pretty big compared to what you normally get in Europe. Since we were only staying there in transit, we didn't have a car, but for dinner, we were able to walk to the Chinese restaurant next door, where food was pretty good. Super convenient. Plus they have a shuttle to the airport, so we had no trouble getting to a morning flight. I would stay here again, if I was in transit through Lisbon.

Nice hotel, especially for overnight

Posted Jun 11, 2014
I stayed there one night as I was leaving early for the airport. The hotel room is clean and comfortable, although the AC vents were somewhat noisy. The staff was helpful and friendly and they offer a to-go snack/coffee breakfast for people leaving before 6am.

Night in Lisbon

Posted Jun 9, 2014
Great hotel for the price. Even though transfer from airport to hotel is not included they sent a shuttle bus to pick us up( this was in the afternoon). BUT next day we asked for a transfer from hotel to airport( which is included with the stay), the driver was very rude and refused to take us to take us to airport. He said we have to give him 24 hour notice. So we had to take a taxi. In short evening drive was very helpful and went out of his to provide a great service. The morning guy should get fired. Overall hotel condition was very good. Most of the staff was very helpful.

Spacious room near the airport

Posted Jun 8, 2014
Pros: Big room and bathroom, close to the airport.
Cons: If you are not willing to take a taxi to the city center you're left with the hotel's restaurant buffet, which is not so good.
Stayed for only one night at this hotel. It's close to the airport (less than 10 minutes by taxi or shuttle service), the room is spacious, the bed comfortable and the bathroom very nice. There's nothing to do around the hotel, but you can get a taxi and go to the city center within 15 minutes for no more than 8 euro. As in other hotels in Lisbon, the free wifi internet service requires a login from time to time.

Perfect overnight hotel

Posted Jun 5, 2014
Pros: Big room, airport shuttle,
Cons: Non smoking everywhere. (Sorry smokers)
Location: It's located by the airport so there is not much around.
I needed to spend a night in Lisbon coming from Spain and going go the US. This hotel has an airport shuttle that I phoned when landed and they picked me up promptly. Nice to be in an "American standard' hotel, bigger rooms, full service, after spending 1 week in smaller European style hotels.

Worth it for the room and food!

Great quality for the price point! The GOODS= huge room, high end room features, complimentary toiletries, robe & slippers, awesome breakfast buffet, organized and well run hotel. THE BADS= not as convenient location for an airport hotel (6euro cab ride), no pool/gym features as far as i'm aware. We would stay here over other comparable hotels by the Lisbon airport for the food quality, room features and staff efficiency. We were VERY HAPPY with our stay.
