The hotel is fine. Just the location is not great. It is a long bus ride (plus having to change buses) to get into Lisbon. Trying to figure out where to catch the train to Sintra was difficult so I ended up driving. Better off staying in Lisbon and paying extra for parking your rental car.

We enjoyed our stay at MS Aparthotel hotel staff was very friendly and helpful! the rooms were a bit outdated and mattress a little hard to sleep on but room was a good size and comfortable! The food at the lounge bar was really good but we wished there was more options. We definitely recommend this hotel! Thank you

The rooms are huge, best part about this hotel. Although furnishings are tatty holes in chairs etc. nothing to round the hotel so near in mind you need a taxi everywhere.

This is my second time stay in this hotel. I enjoy the sea view from the balcony. I will never feel bored about that. The front desk staffs and manager are very helpful and professional. I remember two ladies who work at front desk names Helena Alves and Beatriz Ferreiva, they are such sweet and friendly . they helped me a lot during my stay. I want to say " thanks" them. By the way, they speak frequently English.

I stayed here twice in one month. My first room was one bedroom on the 5th floor, spacious and nice. Though there was a spave there was no proper couch to sit or lie down comfortably. Its one of those mini seaters where 2 people can barely sit together. The other time I stayed in a studio on the 1st, which was almost the same space, but half the price. So unless you want separate bedroom you dont need to pay extra. The studio though was lacking a lot of kitchen utentils, no bowls no cutting knives etc.. Also the fact that to buy a coffee pod for the machine you have to go down to reception is ridicoulous. Because you have to pay for them. They dont want to bring it to your room. I asked them to bring it here and charge it to my room - they said no. You can order food to your room but not coffee!!! The reception people generally dont understand the importance of saying ‘I am sorry’ or ‘I apologise’. I am not sure if its a cultural gap. I would have wanted to hear things like: ‘ I am sorry that your room isnt ready, but will be in a hour, may I offer you a cup of coffee in the meantime?’ Rather then ‘room isnt ready and I dont know when its gonne be ready, come back later’ ‘ I apologise that we have no internet at the mom, but we are working on it’ rather than ‘sorry no internet, and we dont know anything’ Also the reception didnt know service animal are exempt of fees! I had to explain it.

Attentive staff ,friendly, so wonderful with our special needs son. Great breakfast buffet worth the money & the dinner buffet a wonderful assortment especially if your arriving in the evening. Great parking (spaces for small European cars so you have to have skills parking) fully equipped room but no drying rack. Exceptional property from our 4th floor room we could see landmarks! Great stay!
After a month of traveling Europe we wanted to end our trip at a place that we could just relax but still do some city touring. MS Aparthotel worked out very well for us. The view was amazing. We enjoyed just passing the time on the balcony. The pool area is very nice and great to hangout at. The staff were all very helpful. We also took advantage of the buffet for two nights. As a place that's a little more secluded it is great. If you really wanted to spend the bulk of your day in town you might find it a little less convinient. That said, we were able to grab Ubers all the way to get to the other side of town for 10-15€. So not too bad really. In the end, it was the perfect place for us to chill out for a few days before returning home.

This was my 3rd visit to this hotel - for a local music festival - I can't recommend this hotel enough! The property is lovely - all the staff are helpful and polite - even helping with hotel transfers to the airport. We booked two rooms - one bed and two bed - great spaces very clean and comfortable - love MS Aparthotel will def stay there again :)

I had a great time at MS Apart hotel. I had a relaxing break so I did not do too many too much sightseeing. If this was my plan then this hotel would not be the greatest as it’s quite far from the train station and buses into the city centre take about an hour plus. However the hotel was lovely and clean and the staff are great, especially the housekeeping staff, who left my room in a wonderful state every time I left it to go to for breakfast. My room was clean and the kitchen area was well stocked. The hotel provided things like washing up liquid to wash your dishes, so thank you! Breakfast was good But would have liked more choice for breakfast especially in relation to hot food such as non-pork items. Pool area was lovely and clean and staff were always friendly. The half term holiday era had not arrived so the hotel was relaxed. I got out before it started:-) I would 100% recommend!

Overall a good stay. Spotlessly clean, a little noisy at times! Not sure what the humming sound was, maybe the lifts. Had an issue with the air con. this was resolved immediately. My only issue was that I requested a twin room & got a double. I queried this and was offered a put up bed! I was not overjoyed with this but it was made quite clear to this was my only option. Hence the low comfort rating. Staff in restaurant and bar really good & helpful. So outside the bed issue a good stay. Oh & could do with coffee making facility.

Short businesses trip as a subcontractor the apartment was more than suitable and good price as out of season Also free off-road parking as I’d driven from uk I’ve stayed here previously more than once

The hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff friendly, helpful and professional. The public areas were well presented and inviting. Breakfast buffet had everything you could wish for at breakfast, hot and cold dishes. Impressed that the hot food was actually hot and freshly cooked which is rarely the case. The bedroom, being an apartment hotel, had a full kitchen area containing a full size fridge and freezer and a washing machine. The room did have a few minor things requiring repair but I understand that the rooms are being refurbished. Outside pool looked good. Inside pool was a very good size and again exceedingly clean. Did not use the bar area but again looked quite good. With a bus connection to centre Lisbon will return to this hotel.

Good location, not far from both sides of Lisbon, on top of the hill so it can get windy. The property is old, as well as the furniture around the room, but there is everything you might need. Sauna was pretty good, as well as the pool. Jacuzzi wasn't hot though. Front desk is OK

Definitely not superb
We chose this hotel for a week's stay primarily because it was near a hospital where I was to have surgery. It has a nice pool area and a very good gym which sports teams use to train. Rooms were spacious with small kitchen areas and big terraces. Clean. One small sofa and 2 dining chairs in the living room so both of us couldn't sit in comfort. TV didn't work when we arrived but they sent someone up. Quite a few small things didn't work such as light bulbs. One day husband got back and found no towels. Called Reception who said they'd send some straight up but didn't. Requested a slip mat for tub but told none available, so they obviously don't mind if people slip and fall in the shower. Service in bar\lounge area unbelievably slow. Seemed like a general lack of interest all round. Ratings here that say 'superb' have got to be kidding. Would we stay there again? No.
