The hotel was in a very safe location and was super clean. Everyone I met was accommodating. My room was in the new section, and it was extremely modern with all the accessories needed. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel was nice, in nice area. I just wish it were closer to downtown area. Also, elevator is a bit slow and limited. There are no stairs, only for emergency. Other than that, I nice hotel.

Good location, friendly hotel.
The location was good, close enough to the action but not overwhelmingly busy. Fabulous breakfast, lovely staff. Room was small and we had difficulty finding space for our suitcases, otherwise it was great.

The property is well-maintained, rooms and bathroom are nice enough. The elevators are small. The staff are friendly however, they need to be more knowledgeable about the property and its surroundings. They had difficulty organizing a taxi to the airport which should be a standard procedure. They only offer breakfast, however, the outsourced room service company they use for other meals was efficient and the food was very good. There is not much happening in the area however it wasn't very far from the Metro station.

Mainly fine but.. shower is in a bath tub & step from bath to floor quite steep, bathroom floor tiles extremely slippery when wet. Hotel clean & tidy but desperate for refitting. Only 2 electric outlets in whole room, neither by beds & no USB ports at all. Coffee is only 2 sachets, 1 normal & 1 decaf, milk or creamer not provided?? Hotel is directly on aircraft flight path (plane’s are extremely low !!) very noisy if windows open. Not well sited with 45 min walk to tourist centre. Overall ok,

Clean, spacious room. No UBS outlet in room which is quite inconvenient although Wi-Fi is free. Suggest either renting adapter at minimum charge. Breakfast quite expensive.

The hotel staff were extremely professional and welcoming. The area isn’t in a bustling part of Lisbon. It appeared more of a business area with office buildings. There is a metro station nearby which is convenient. If you are looking to be in walking distance of a lot of landmarks and activities, this wouldn’t be the place to stay. However, if you are looking for a big if a quieter location that is still within ten minutes of public transportation, this location works.

Its in a good position walking distance to the metro and close to the airport and the old town and not too expensive by uber to get to. Plenty of eating and drinking places within walkin distance. The room bar and breakfast room all comfortable and good choice also available fir breakfast.

The front desk and bar staff were exceptionally friendly. The room was large, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was quite nice. The location of the hotel is about a 15-20 minute walk to the central area of Lisbon.

The location was great, just 20 mins to city center by bus or metro. Great hotel with nice rooms and staff were so friendly.

Unfortunately l was not overly pleased with my stay. The hot water in my bathroom sink was not hot until my third day. My bathroom smelled constantly of damp and the skirting in the bathroom was coming off the wall. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. I would not fault l them. Unfortunately I will not stay here again.
