A wonderful location on a quiet side street, close to the waterfront and walkable to nearby sites. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing.

This is my second time staying at this Hotel, the staff are amazing, the first time it was excellent and enjoyed my stay, the second time wasn’t as good, the room had a strong mould smell that made me sick all night and i found a small cockroach in the bathroom. Other than that this Hotel is amazing

Excellent location for our first trip to Lisbon. We cd walk almost any where. Plus when we took excursions the meeting place was close by. Hotel staff made a great recommendation for a fado restaurant. Room was cozy and clean. . Zero complaints.

Excellent property in the heart of Lisbon. We had two connecting rooms that provided ample space for our family of four. Location is unparalleled for walking to activities and dining. Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel Vincci is in a great location, the staff were excellent, very helpful and attentive to my needs. The room was very clean, with a comfortable bed. Housekeeping always did an amazing job with tidying the room, I’d definitely stay here again!

Staff were great and friendly. Awesome location, only 2 blocks up from waterfront and famous arch. Balcony overlooks street. Rooms are small but very clean and new. Would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed staying there would again. We appreciated the many outlets to charge our devices. They have an excellent breakfast, and guest are able to request their choice of omelet, as well as Fried eggs, etc. I absolutely loved the lighting system. There are buttons on each side of the bed, and by the entryway to control the lighting for the room and the bathroom One thing I absolutely did not like was that if I was at the foot of the bed and my husband had to pass. I would have to back out, otherwise the room was good.

I thought the staff was super helpful with every request. Parking was several blocks away but overall location was right on. Room was smaller then others we stayed at that were advertised as the same. Not much room to move around in the room.

Your description of this hotel clearly states that parking is available, and it is NOT. We arrived by car and there were no spaces available at ANY of the lots the staff recommended. We had to drive several blocks away when we do NOT know the city at all. We specifically chose this hotel for the parking and location and it was all extremely stressful. I will not trust nor recommend Expedia again.

We (4 adults, 50’s) arrived at the hotel around 1pm on 6/3/23 for a 3-night stay. The 2 front desk people could not have been nicer or more helpful. We have traveled to Italy (Florence, Rome) so we understand the hotels are smaller and therefore the rooms are smaller. This room was significantly smaller than anything else I have ever stayed in. There was no dresser for clothes. The closet was like a pantry closet where you keep a vacuum cleaner or ironing board and no bigger. No unpacking. Like a lot of European hotels, twin beds. Room does have an honors bar and safe(free) which worked. Has a HDTV about 40 inches with a few English channels. We had room 501 which was right off the elevator. No issue with foot traffic noise or elevator noise. Mostly because the A/C unit is in the room and it is LOUD. Thankfully we are not light sleepers so didn’t impact us. Be aware in this hotel you must leave the key in a slot that is on the wall as soon as you enter the room for electricity to work. In this case this meant the A/C as well. Beds were OK, little too soft for us as we like firm mattresses. Room was Clean. They had one USB plug that we could find, so if traveling from US pack a outlet converter to plug in your electronics. Bathroom was newer looking than room. Tub with overhead rain shower and hand held shower. The hotel had a restaurant that served breakfast every morning (also lunch/dinner). €13/person if booked in advance. hotel has a GREAT location.

Great Hotel in Lisbon
Vincci Baixa is an outstanding Hotel in a great location for the centre of Lisbon. It is fresh, having been refurbished 3 years ago and very good rooms with good quality beds and furnishings with good quality bathrooms that have large walk in showers. Breakfast has an extensive continental choice which is regularly replenished and the staff are very helpful and friendly. The location is great with a short walk to the main central areas and old town district of Alfama. Can't falut this hotel and would highly recommend it.

We had a lovely time, the hotel is in a fantastic location, the room was lovely with a little balcony which we felt really lucky to have, there is a coffee machine in your room and it was spacious. Staff were lovely and gave us recommendations when we asked for them. We didn’t opt for the breakfast so I can’t comment on that but overall great place.
