Noise all night long from other rooms, from the people in the lobby including staff, dogs barking. We had a group of 15 and no one got any sleep. Worst night ever

They did some remodeling but it was shoddy work. No attention to detail. Wall color on trim with brush marks. Carpet was removed but the tack strip was left across the door. Was in socks and it snagged my sock and got to my foot. (No injury) Volume on front door chime was so loud it echoed down the hall and could clearly be hear in every room. Breakfast was basic but good

Don't judge a book by its cover.
The outside of the hotel is not too pleasing - no curbside appeal. Lobby was OK but the room was stellar - very roomy, clean and well appointed. Would highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel was fairly clean, but noisy. You can hear everything and everyone. It doesn’t help that they have a slot machine room that invites more noise! The employees are very nice and helpful! though.

Very, very clean and comfortable. Friendly staff and they make you feel welcome. It’s not a high rent posh place but it is the cleanest most comfortable place I’ve stayed in for the price range.

Hallway was hot and musty. Room was musty and visible mold in the bathroom. Air conditioner barely worked. The breakfast offerings were a joke. Heard other guests in hall way and front door bell all night long. There are other hotels in Litchfield so we won't be staying here again.

double charged me even though paid fully to travelocity. Kept saying they needed to run my CC to verify I was who I said I was and charged me both times. they lied to travelocity when the agent called. Not so “Super”
This Super8 is NOT so “Super”. We were passing through on our way to AZ. We’ve stayed at Super8’s before with no issues. Our room was paid for in advance so when she asked for my credit card when we checked in, I was hesitant to give it to her, as I’ve been double charged for rooms before. She assured me I wouldn’t be charged anything that this was just for verification purposes. When I got to my room I looked at my account online and they had a charge of $50 pending out of my account! Our room wasn’t very clean, however sheets were clean and it appeared the bathroom had been cleaned. There were greasy prints on the nightstand as well as on the desk and mirror above the desk. Pieces of food/large crumbs were on the floor under and around the desk. I was going to address all of these things upon checkout, but there was a note on the desk saying back in 10 minutes along with a contact number. I tried calling the number, but all it did was ring. There were also a bunch of other people waiting to check out, with one who had been waiting for 1 1/2 hours! I decided to just leave my keys by their computer and just leave. I immediately called the Super 8 customer service number to file a complaint, and to make sure I wasn’t double charged. I was informed that since they are all independently owned, the owner has up to 7 days to contact me, so now I just wait……….won’t be staying here again!

Nice Room - Hotel needs some TLC
The stay was alright after an initial mix up. We were given a room that was already occupied. A quick trip back to the desk and this was fixed. However the room wasn't completely clean. The bed was good and we had clean towels, but we had to go ask for soap and shampoo. We also noticed later in the evening that the trash had not been emptied from the previous guest. We were already ready to go to bed, so we just let it go.

We did have problems checking in. Although we did have a reservation. But our big problem was in the morning when there was no coffee in the attendant when I asked about it asked me how to make it. That is not my job. Also the waffle machine was not turned on which try that couldn’t wait for a waffle. We ended up going to a restaurant for breakfast. We were very unhappy.
