Front desk person needs to be more accessible and not watching tv when customers come in.

The front desk clerks need more customer service training but other than that, the hotel served its purpose.

The breakfast was cheap, and not like the usual Holiday Inn Express breakfasts.It certainly did not meet Holiday Inn Express standards.

Thanks Holiday Inn !

Stayed for five days with my daughter, we were very comfortable the room was spacious and clean but the carpets were stained and need upgrading, as it made the room look shabby. The breakfast was excellent and we had variety an we were accommodated by the server who prepared an item at our request when we got there late and it was finished. Thanks for her excellent service. Front desk was also very helpful and pleasant. Thanks Courtenay. having a fridge and m/wave was a plus as we were able to store food for other small meals. We will stay here again especially as we were near to all the big stores at the mall.

New and very elegant hotel.

Pros: The personnel friendly, qualified, with the sense of humor !
Cons: You guys keep going like that !
Location: The hotel is very closed to a big mall, there are many places to eat, shop, even a movie theater is not fare from the hotel
Good position of the hotel in a quiet area, modern rooms, good breakfast.

Good service from the manager. There was some issue wit the night staff getting our info entered but was easily corrected on check out. Some loud partying guests in the room next made sleeping difficult. Was handled by staff. Hotel was quite clean & comfortable

Overall design of the suites was okay. A little tight to move around and my expectation was a larger area.. the bathroom was not the cleanest and the mattress on the sofa bed appeared to quite old and undesirable. The hotel staff was, however, very friendly and the complimentary breakfast was more than antiquate. Great location!
