“Fantastic Management”

Management and staff are always friendly and inviting, remembered me as I visited a few times over the course of several months, and even recommended places to eat in the area during friendly conversation. Very worth your time!

“NICE”

Overall this is a nice hotel with spacious rooms. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The only thing I think would make it better is a better variety of food for the continental breakfast. Please get some meat, eggs and waffles;)

“Nice Homey Hotel.. my go to place whenever I am in Lithonia”

My boyfriend and I enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt Place. Our room and facility were clean, and the staff were super friendly and very helpful.

“Enjoyable Stay in Atlanta”

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The staff was exceptional and very attentive to our needs. The only thing we would suggest is that the cleaning staff pay a little more attention to detail. The headboard had a little stickiness, the carpet could use a good cleaning (stained) and the AC had a small leak. Even with all that we would recommend this Hotel.

“Good location”

I paid through expedia before I arrived, However when I checked out they charged my card for the room. After I called about it they did refund me but it was alot of trouble. The hotel was clean & nice would stay their again.

“We'll be back”

This hotel was wonderful...way more than I expected. We booked this room at the last minute for a short weekend stay so I was not expecting much. I could not have been more wrong. The staff was wonderful and very attentive. The room was beyond words, it was beautiful and spacious, especially for the price. And as for the location, I could not have asked for better. The hotel sits on the same property as a mall....a large mall. Needless to say, being a woman I was very happy. Anyway, everything surrounded the hotel, most within walking distance. Movie theather, several places to eat from fast food to sit down restarants and an ice cream shop. I was very pleased! I can't wait to return to Atlanta just to stay at the hotel a little longer. Would definitely stay again. The pool was just a plain pool, nothing spectacular but it was clean. The complimentary breakfast was not the best but it was free and a good start to the day.

“Nice pick for Eastern Atlanta area”

this was a lovely Hotel, staff, and the room was very unusual, arranged like a traditional "effeciency apartment". Morning quick breakfast also well above average. only negative for me was...no Hot Tub for the evening...
