“Very friendly”

Super friendly at check in and very helpful in getting all of us on the same floor. Wish there had been a little more variety at breakfast.

“Great Stay”

Staff was awesome. Recommended a great restaurant near by. Room was clean and comfortable.

“It was pleasant”

The air conditioner was working fine in the room and then it got louder and louder throughout the night. It kept me awake most of the night. I ended up having to turn it off and then it got too hot. Other than that, the stay was pleasant.

“Building progress”

This hotel was great. Unfortunately it is in a new area and there is a lot of construction around it, so check that if you plan on sleeping late during your stay. Also expect some small quirks because the hotel is new and they are working out problems.

“Enjoyable Stay in Atlanta”

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The staff was exceptional and very attentive to our needs. The only thing we would suggest is that the cleaning staff pay a little more attention to detail. The headboard had a little stickiness, the carpet could use a good cleaning (stained) and the AC had a small leak. Even with all that we would recommend this Hotel.

“Great stay, but where is the microwave.”

I had a great stay at the Hyatt Place hotel. The only suggestion is to put microwaves in the rooms. It is very inconvenient to have a great room, but have no microwave available. I think a hotel as nice as this should surely be able to put microwaves in the room.

nice rm ,clean and no issues . the service was very pleasant . i would come back and stay again.

“noisy but stylish”

We liked the new modern interior, the well furnished room, but there was a poignant smell from paint in the whole hotel. The worst was the noise of the nearby highway and of young people patrying in the room oppisite to ours.

“NICE”

Overall this is a nice hotel with spacious rooms. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The only thing I think would make it better is a better variety of food for the continental breakfast. Please get some meat, eggs and waffles;)
