“Expressway noise too much!”

Hotel sits next to expressway and walls thin could hear every door open and close. Other than that stay was ok

“"Red Rood Inn in Lithonia" " A Nightmire"”

Our was smelling and dengy. The tolet didn't work and the pillows on the beds were thin and flimsy. When call the front desk and report the tolet problems they sent the Security Guard in to look at it. We were moved to another room with a functiong tolet. This room ever was not any better. Upon checking out of the hotel we observed the continental breakfast and found the attendant was very nice and had thing set up very nicely. We were able to get a good cup of coffee and some fruit befor leaving. I will never stay in a Red Roof Inn and would not hesitate to share my experience with every one I meet.

We are very sorry that you had very bad stay at our hotel if you had mentioned to us while you were here we would have help you better way. Yes we do have security guard at night so they can make our guest safe stay and help the desk clerk at night time any assistance they need since we have one person work at night and they can not live the desk to assist any guest so security can help them. I am sorry you think that is not good but we have to make every body who come to our property including the employee safe so we have to keep the guard on duty that time. Thank you for your feed back greatly appreciated.

“Great Hotel”

People in the front desk are very helpful. It is a calm place to stay and great location. Restaurants and stores are very close to this hotel.

“Most likely not going back.”

Oh, where to begin... Pro's: 1.Location was good. Wal-Mart, IHOP, and many restaurants close by in walking distance. 2.Outside of hotel looks decent. 3.They allow pets. 4.Fresh towels every day. 5. Checkout was speedy! Con's: 1.The inside of the hotel looks worn down. 2.Our room was supposed to be non-smoking but I found a cigeratte butt under the bed. 3.Continental breakfast is cooked by a worker that hands you your plate. (Not allowed to serve yourself) 4.There were stains in the carpet and on the wall. 5.No iron or ironing board in the room. (Had to retrieve from front desk) Overall, its a minimum okay place to stay if you're not looking for frivals and just need a place to sleep. But I dont think we'll be staying there again. Next time we'll just pay the extra money and stay some where nicer.
