We have stayed here several times and make it a point to make it to Benton. It is always clean and quiet. The front desk staff is so friendly and kind. I love the quaint lobby decor. The shower and towels are better than big chain pricey hotels.

I did not feel safe that my room opened up to the outside parking lot. I like rooms with interior doors. Very noisy. No door jam placed under door so there was a 1/2 space any bug or mouse could squeeze under. Staff was friendly.

This properly hasn't been changed since the 70's. The bathroom tub was nasty. The tub had taken 1 hour to drain from my shower. There was leftover filth in it. There was leftover hair on the toilet and floor. There was mold all over the toilet and ceiling. The beds are hard and worn out. The couches had nasty leftovers on them. You know things can be worn out, but when you don't clean. That's just nasty.

My toilet was stopped up but the staff that came to fix the problem was great, timely & pleasant. Hotel could stand for some remodeling & update with decor. It felt old & dingy!

Motel is on the highway and noisy. Luckily we had a sound machine so we did ok. Outside entry hotel, good breakfast and friendly staff

Property little noisy due to traffic but quiten down about 2 am. Property was great room very clean and neat very well maintained. Would stay here again. Great place

Right off the highway; if headed W on I-30, then you need to immediately get over to the right because the entrance is right when you can merge onto the frontage road. If headed E on I-30, you go around a bunch of side streets to get there. It's 2 stories, no elevator, slightly dated, but clean. You will probably hear highway traffic, but its not too bad. Rooms are cleaner and in good shape compared to many of the rooms I've stayed in. Beds are very comfortable, pillow-top. Have microwaves and decent sized fridges (not a dorm room box/cube), but not always a freezer.

clean, friendly check in, upgraded as I needed a downstairs room. Convenient to get back on the highway the next day. Authentic Italian restaurant opposite side of highway was amazing, under construction but don't let that put you off.

Terrible don’t stay here.i booked because it said they have electric charging stations for vehicles and they do not.Hair in the tub and I layed down in the bed for 10 mins and can’t stop itching so I ended my family’s trip early and headed home

The rooms are accessible from the outside only, like a motel, but we did have a designated parking space right next to the room, which was nice. The room was very noisy due to being right next to the freeway and poor noise cancelling windows facing that highway. Overall, though, it was a pleasant stay, staff was great, and room was very clean and comfortable.

The ac unit has to have a bad thermostat. It wouldn’t come on until it said 64° and it was hot in the room. Even my wife was hot!!!
