Older hotel but nice. Was just needing a place to lay my head.... is a good location to UAMS campus, so served it's purpose.

Lacking in service

Posted May 7, 2015
front desk was on the phone with a disgruntled customer when I checked in. I waited about five minutes and when she finally helped me I did not feel welcomed or appreciated. Room was fine but the walls are quite thin and I could hear my neighbors very clearly. I called for a wake up call that was never delivered, so I got a late start on my morning. Not a terrible stay, but I felt customer service was lacking.

Nice price for comfy room

Rooms are comfortable, place is quiet. Staff is pleasant, but sometimes unreachable or unwilling to assist. If ever in Little Rock again, definite possibility.

Disappointing Stay

Posted Apr 10, 2015
I have stayed at this hotel before, and my last visit did not live up to past experiences. First, the computers were down and the check-in was a manual process with a very long wait line. The computers being down was understandable; these things happen. However, we checked-in around 7:00pm and there was a long line of guests waiting to check-in. The hotel front-desk was not staffed appropriately, given the circumstances. There was one employee working at the front-desk, and my wait to check-in was over 30 minutes. The front-desk employee was doing her best to handle the number of guests and answer the phone, but she could only do so much. She was very friendly and working as quickly as she could. The room was decent, but there were hard crusty stains on the carpet by the recliner and the toilet lid was not secured well. I expected more.

Nice for the price!

Nice and clean lobby. Room had adequate amount of space. The room was not the cleanest. We found random pieces of candy on the floor. But bathroom appeared clean. Breakfast was better than I thought. Staff was friendly. Great location. I will be booking another two night stay in two weeks.

It was overnight, the rooms need microwave.

Pros: Location
Cons: Microwave and small fridge in all rooms.
Location: Location is very nice and next to a mall.
Like the location, easy on and off to the highway.

Pros: Bed was very comfortable, room was clean.
Cons: Breakfast could stand some improvement and they could have better coffee in rooms.
It was a pleasant experience overall. It is close to medical facilities which is what I needed.

Poor choice. Better hotels in area.

Pros: Location. It is right in Midtown, right on 630.
Despite prepaying, check-in took an inordinately long time, with clients stacking in queue while the sole attendant left to check on the availability of rooms. The room was located down a disconcerting hallway that wound through 90 degree breaks and seemed destined to lead one into the boiler room. The room itself was a haphazard mess. Among the oddities, the bolt lock was broken and visibly so, the lounge chair was obviously stained, the mini-fridge was open and leaking water, the TV cabinet wouldn't fully open because of the placement of the fridge and microwave, the bathroom towels were mismatched, there was no "do not disturb" sign, the room information packets were warped and water-damaged, and more. Throughout my stay it was also clear that the hotel caters to a far different client demographic than I am in or than I care to correspond with. The parking lot and access are absurd, and I can't imagine how anyone unfamiliar with Little Rock and that area would manage. I wouldn't recommend or stay there again.
