Front parking lot has no second outlet. It was full and we were in 3/4 ton truck. We had to back up to get to the other parking lot. They should have had a sign a out the parking situation. Also. I wanted some ice corky coffee. The attendant said I would have to go up to the third floor ice machine if I wanted ice for my drink.

A little tricky to get to off the ramp... but that's the area, not the hotel. Room was comfortable and clean. Staff was courteous. Breakfast left a lot to be desired. The eggs were terrible, and it lacked cereal choices for children. With the same choices every day, it means being stuck with same awful eggs each day.

Did not have much interaction with hotel staff. It was hard to get to. The hotel was very nice though. The breakfast wasn't very good.

Very Clean smelling hotel. staff were excellent. Mall with all the name stores, Dillard Penny Sears within walking distance along with local restaurants.

Front desk did not show my reservation. Had to call hotels.com & they had to call hotel. They had given my room to someone else & had to wait 30 min to get another room. :-(
