Staff at check-in were wonderful. Staff at the breakfast area were too busy talking to each other to do their job. My breakfast was ice cold and I had to ask twice for my daughter’s food. It came out 20 minutes after mine. I’d stay again but would definitely not eat in the breakfast area.

Great place great employees
Me and my husband's favorite hotel now. Been twice. So clean, comfy, awesome outdoor fire pit, and bar. The ladies up front are so nice and helpful. The sweet bartender is awesome and went above and beyond! Book this hotel!

Line to check in was horrible !! Took 30 min .. front desk needs more than 1 person at 4 pm .. check in time ! We were given a parking voucher but the charge was still added to my credit card ! Wow ! Location was great but won’t stay again for these reasons !

I just want you to know that your voice was heard, and we will work hard to get these issues addressed.Concerning Parking-Parking is 11 per day and yes, we do give you a hang tag so that you can get in and out as much as you please without having to pay the garage each time. The garage belongs to the city and they let us offer you a discount for being a guest at the hotel. Hopefully this help!
