“Very Disappointed”

I have stayed in many Courtyard's and by far this is the worst one I have seen and it is in line with a much lower class type of hotel. The rooms were not cleaned. I left my shampoo bottle in the shower/bath floor. It would have had to been picked up and moved to clean the tub and when I returned that evening it was still in the same place and had not been moved. This questions whether sheets were changed, or if the bathroom was even touched. I will never stay here again. There is no place to pull up and check in. The parking is in a garage across the street and there is no valet parking or security of your vehicle. I am a fan of Marriot properties, but I might as well have stayed at a Motel 6, at least they would have left the light on for me. For the price I paid, this is one of the worst hotel experiences I have had and I travel all over the US and overseas. STAY AWAY.

“very satisfied, great location”

We came to Little Rock because of the Bass Master Elite Fishing Tournament. The location was perfect. We were able to walk to all the fishing events and in the evening walked to some great places to eat. The front desk staff were great and after a long day, the bed was the best. Would stay there again.

This location was perfect for all of our needs. Was able to walk to great resturants.

“Basic hotel in a Great location”

I have no complaints but I have no raves to add. It was a basic hotel that was rather bare bones aesthetically and functionally. Clean and staff pleasant.

Area recommendations

The Clinton Presidential Library and the River Market walk excellent.

“Courtyard by Marriott - Downtown Little Rock = A+”

New facility. Great location in Downtown Little Rock. Easy walking distance to several restaurants and other attractions. Was very impressed with urban development of downtown Little Rock. Staff very courteous and friendly. No problems and overall good experience. Free high speed internet via wi-fi was very nice ......and something more hotels should offer.

“Nice Hotel”

This was a good hotel with pleasant and helpful staff. Conveniently located to the River Market district and close enough to the convention center area to walk. The hotel didn't just knock my socks off, but neither did I wish I had picked another location.

Traveler's tip

The Flying Fish restaurant just a couple of doors to the west is a great place to eat. If you like barbque, find one of the Whole Hog Cafe locations. If you are looking for Tex-Mex Mexican food...forget it in Little Rock.

“Convenient & Comfortable”

The room was big (2 queens & a fold out sofa) and the staff was gracious and quick to respond to any request we had (a group of girls on a birthday trip - we had numerous requests). The hotel was a quick walk to activities along the river and the covered walkway from the parking garage to the hotel was very nice since it poured down rain on our last day! My only complaint is that my room key stopped working after 6 hours and the room was designated as "Non Smoking", but when we walked in the room, someone had definitely been smoking in there prior to our arrival. I'm glad we brought Febreze!

Traveler's tip

If you're attending a concert at the river amphitheater, I definetly recommend this hotel - it was only a 2 min walk.
