“would not go back”

difficult to get someone to answer phone. management seems very uninterested in any form of customer service.

“Great Location next to AF Base”

We went for a long weekend to see our son at Little Rock AFB where he was training. The hotel is right outside of the gate entrance.

“I'll be staying there again.”

The hotel was very nice, clean,quiet, and convenient. For the price I was very pleased overall.

“Jacksonville's Best Hotel”

The host and hostess were really very nice and helpful in anything we needed. The room was clean. The sheets could have been cleaner. But the room really does need to be remodled especially the mattress needs replaced. Too lumpy. The pool was nice and refreshing. The continental breakfast was not bad. I think there was a little more than a regular continental.

This was almost right outside the Air Base my son was stationed and that made it very convinent. Very nice clean neighborhood with a lot of different restaurants. There was even a Super Walmart nearby.

“Best place to stay in Jacksonville.”

This is the only hotel I would stay at in Jacksonville. Hotel is decent and breakfast is sufficient. Staff is always helpful.

“The only hotel I would stay at in Jacksonville”

The Cranbury Inn staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and the breakfast is great! I have stayed at this hotel a dozen times or so and will stay here again.
