“2 nights 2 different rooms both were great!”

Downed trees because of Hurricane Gustav took out my electricity, summer in Arkansas without A/C? no way, so I jumped on Expedia and got a room at the Days Inn Bankhead drive near the airport. It is a huge place and because of all the people up here from other states plus the traffic, both auto and air I was concerned about noise. No noise the first night (I booked day by day not knowing when I would have power) and I was on the side next to the Hwy-440. No noise the next day and I was on the opposite side. Clean rooms, very fast internet (they have more then one network to make sure you connect fast in all areas), very friendly staff, no creaky floors to disturb your sleep, no noise through the walls, no complaints at all. I've stayed all across the country and I would rate this a good place to stay and a good value although it looked a little old.

I was very happy with this room. It was actually nicer than I expected for the price. There were a few flaws in the room (trim work in bathroom kind of poorly done), but it was clean and nicely decorated. We will definitely be back.

The only problem that I had is that I couldn't extend my checkout past noon. My flight didn't leave until after four, so, I had to wait around the lobby, and go across the street to the sport's bar, until I was ready to leave. My recommendation is that Days Inn should allow you a later check out time, as long as the room isn't booked and as long as you have a departing flight itenerary..

very clean, helpful with directions I requested, very comfortable, only wish they had a nice resteraunt near by, I would reccomend this motel, as a nice part of a package, or just a comfortable place to stop.
