Every time I stay at the Embassy I really enjoy my stay. The staff is very friendly and helpful. And, the breakfast is to die for.

No King

We reserved a King suite and when we checked in and went to our room it was a double. Hotel staff were unwilling to accommodate us just said they had no king rooms and would not give a refund.

Hotel is in a great location

We arrived late and we were tired so we went straight to bed after check in. We did not examine the room but should have. Waking up the next morning we realized that the room was about half way cleaned. The sheets and towels appeared to be washed but there was food left in the refrigerator as well as trash from the previous guest and some of their belongings and keys. The bathroom in our room reeked of body odor. The coffee pot in the room didn't work so I went down to the lobby to pick up a cup of coffee and left my wife in the room. I did not take my key with me. As I approached the coffee dispenser I was met by an older lady who demanded to see my key to confirm I was a guest of the hotel. I told her I didn't have it with me and that it was back in room, I told her my room number but she insisted that I must return to my room to get it before I could get coffee. As I watched her she asked no one else for their key and most of them were going through the breakfast line. I explained to the staff upon check out about the experience of my stay and they said that they would normally comp me a room for my troubles however since I booked it through Expedia or third party that a comp would not possible. What gives?

we arrive 1 hour before fireworks and the hotel staff was very helpful in getting us a room with a few.

Awesome that is all. I had to write more and keeps telling me that I need to write more. So the hotel is awesome and staff is nice. Room Is clean and cold!

The hotel was very nice and the staff was very friendly. We enjoyed our delicious HUGE breakfast, especially the omelets! We would stay again.

Pros: The best thing about this hotel is definitely the service!
Location: Only about 20 minutes from the airport. There's lots of dining and shopping nearby.
Whenever I am in town for business, I stay here. The staff are amazing-so accommodating, friendly and professional.

We were in Little Rock for ten days and could not have been more pleased with our stay. We were accompanied by our Yorkie who was welcomed warmly by the staff. The staff members were all friendly, efficient and professional. The complimentary breakfasts were outstanding. Highly recommend.
