“Good hotel at a Great Price”

I often stay at this hotel when I'm i town. Very clean, very friendly. Location is easy access to 430 and 630.

Area recommendations

Downtown rivermarket. very nice. several restaurats and bars and stores. As well as the Museum of Discovery and the Clinton Presidential Library.

“Last time at thsi hotel.”

No TV remote, missing towels - they replaced quickly. TV was damaged before check-in and they could not repair/replace. Heater on high as hot as possible would not keep room at comfortable temp. The door had a 1" gap letting daylight and cold air into the room. Had to sleep in sweats. Bed box springs had been soaked with some liquid and showed significant staining (mold?). Room had musty/moldy smell. Open piles of trash in stairwells. Generally dirty corridors/elevator. I've stayed there in the past over the years and they have been continually getting worse. This will be my last stay. Lots of better options for similar price in the area.

“There are other Hotels in this area - I would choose one of those.”

This hotel was not kept up as it should be. There was trash piled on the stairs and panels missing in the bathroom. The trash was there for the entire time I stayed, not picked up at the end of the day. There are mulitple other reasonable hotels in the immediate area and next time I will choose one of those. I have stayed in the area multiple times and not had this type of experience with them.

“breakin theft of car, GPS stolen and contents of glove box”

2am I am woken up by a phone call and some one knocking at the door. The night desk clerk said she saw glass by my car. We went out and looked and my car and the pickup parked next to me was broken in to. The hotel claimed no responsibility. It was a lighted parking lot however I was out $400 due to the theft. This was supposed to be the good area of little rock. Never stay in LR again

Anywhere buy Little Rock because Conway does not have this problem

“A fair deal in Littel Rock”

This hotel had a modest kitchen set up that was satisfactory. There were several issues for a maintenance man to look over, though nothing that was extreme. The kitchen floor had not been well cleaned, and the drawers had not been dusted or shaken out. The space was fine, and the set up for a more lengthy stay was good.

This area was conveniently located to many things. Once the stop light goes in at the corner, it will be much easier to get to the majority of them.

“Watch out for MOLD”

There was mold growing on the wall in the shower/tub area. The TV was an old one without AV inputs/outputs.
