Love the service and the staff....

Everything in the place was excellent. I loved the very friendly staff. Everything was very clean, and being a nurse, even one hair on a sheet freaks me out....none found!

Overnight getaway

Posted Mar 25, 2014 on Hotels.com
We loved the pool and it stayed open til midnight. We used the overnight for a spring break since our schools had too many snow days. The staff took care of our needs, but a few things could have been better. Overall we give it four out of five stars.

Room was ok but what a mess

Posted Mar 12, 2014 on Hotels.com
The room was ok but the hotel was under construction and we were not aware of that when booking. The front lobby was torn up and I had to go find someone to check in. The floor we were put on was under construction. No hammering which was great but just felt dirty. The breakfast was served in a room that was converted. Very crammed in to have breakfast. I would have appreciated knowing in advance about the construction it made it feel dirty and lack of front desk staff every time I went there was a hassle.

Dear Marianne, I am so very sorry about your inconvience during the renovation. We are excited about all of the great improvements, but recognize that there have been a few bumps along the way. We really appreciate your feedback. Because of guests like you, we have instructed the contractor to make some big changes for the completion of the renovation. Now, our guests should not see a torn up mess. I sincerly hope you will give us another chance to WOW you!! We are in the home stretch of renovation now. We have a brand new lobby and breakfast area. The fitness center will be ready next week and the rooms are beautiful! Again, I would like to apologize for not meeting your expectations, or our own!

Family of Four Traveling

Posted Mar 10, 2014 on Hotels.com
We stayed here overnight on our way from TX to KY with two young kiddos. The location was great-right off 40 and next door to Cracker Barrel for yummy meal. The pool was indoor and heated which the kids loved. The entryway and lobby were under full construction while we were there so we stepped over nails, torn carpet, and avoided ladders. We barely saw any hotel staff since they were avoiding construction zone. Our room was nicely remodeled. The foldout couch was twin-sized, so a little tight for the kids to share. Breakfast was typical cereal, yogurt, muffins, and juice.

Dear Traveler, Thank you for your feedback and your recent visit. We are so sorry that you did not get the peaceful stay you expected. We hope that you will visit us again to see the finished product. Our hotel will be totaly brand new from top to bottom in another six weeks, or so. We are pleased to see that your children had fun at the pool and your family enjoyed dining at Cracker barrel (I agree, YUMMMY!) . Hopefully, the next time you pass through Little Rock, we will have our full hot breakfast back in service as we are finishing up the lobby remodel next week. Thanks again!

remodel

Rooms were small, but clean. Hotel was being remodeled so I thought the price was rather high considering I had to walk through a construction zone to get to the elevators. AND I didn't get the room I booked. Breakfast menu was severly inadequate.
