“NIce Hotel, Good value”

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It was new, clean, and comfortable. I will be staying in the area several times in the coming years and plan to stay here everytime. I am looking forward to it.

“Really enjoyed our stay!!”

The hotel was nice and the staff were very welcoming. The American Grill Restaurant located in the hotel lobby area was a nice breakfast option. Ready to order all you can eat buffet. We will definately reserve a room at this location again.

“Extremely nice hotel and super value!”

Again, this hotel was fantastic. They were extremely friendly and allowed us to change one of the nights we stayed there due to weather. We didn't get into town till a day after we were supposed to, and they allowed us to change the night we stayed there without any sort of penalty, which we very much appreciated. Very nice rooms, great room service (and very reasonably priced), very friendly staff. I loved this hotel and would stay again in a heartbeat.

No surprises. Everything as advertised. Workout room small but quite functional.

“Very helpful staff”

We had a very nice stay in Conway. Our rooms were clean and had everything a travler needed. coffee pot, mini frige, microway and blow dryer. We had car trouble and needed to find a repair shop....the gentalman at the front desk took it upon himself after my husband asked him a question on were the repair shop were in Conway. He gave my husband a print out list of repair shops that were close to the hotel. That was very helpful to us and have never had someone do that for us before at any of the other hotels we have ever stayed at. If we ever have to stay in Conway again we will stay here again for shore.

“I've Had Better”

Visiting Little League Baseball teams and their families trashed the lobby area, including breaking the front door. Exercise room was littered with towels and empty cups. Hallway leading to my room had paper on floor when I checked in and it was still there the next morning even though someone had come through and picked up room service delivery trays. First morning, no to-go cups for coffee. Second morning, I had cups, but no creamer. Being the highest priced hotel in Conway certainly didn't reflect the value I received. I purposely chose this hotel because of previous good experiences I had in Napa Valley and in South Carolina.

“Swimming pool was not in service”

Before you book with this hotel be sure to call the hotel directly. They don't let Expedia know when their facitlities are not available. I booked this hotel with the sole objectived of letting my kids have a day of swimming while I attended a meeting. We arrived after having made non-refundable booking to find the swimming pool drained and under repair. Then the hotel won't let me out of my reservation because they say my reservation is non-refundable. This even though the reason I wished to cancel was their fault. My kids were stuffed in a room all day and I am VERY DISSATISFIED with my treatment.
