Great hotelPosted Dec 3, 2013
Pros: Luxury hotel at a reasonable rate.
Cons: Couldn't find one thing.
Location: Very centrally located with lots of stores and restaurants nearby.
I was in Little Rock helping my son move after being discharged from the Air Force. Now, I don't ever write reviews, but after staying in this hotel, I couldn't help myself. I loved this hotel! Unfortunately, I will never be in Little Rock again to enjoy it. I really had to look to find something to complain about. And all I found was a tear in the shower curtain. For the rate I paid, I wasn't expecting much. But even my son couldn't believe how nice it was, and the rate I paid. We traveled a lot while he was growing up, and paid much more for far less. But this hotel was so much like a luxury hotel, without the luxury hotel price.

Felt like a La QuintaPosted Sep 17, 2013
Pros: We liked the added safety of the front doors only being accessible by room key after 11pm
Location: The hotel was about 10 minutes from the River Market and was convenient to many of the city monuments.
We checked in and our room was not ready. We were given another room supposedly of equal value. When we got our room it was not equal it was a downgrade. After informing management we were given complimentary meal tickets. Another time we left to run errands in the morning and when we came back in the late afternoon our room had not even been cleaned. At check out we were charged our original room price. The hotel staff seemed eager to assist and although our stay was discounted we didnt feel like we got "Hilton" treatment.

Nice business hotelPosted Aug 28, 2013
Pros: Very well setup covering all needs including room service.
Cons: No free breakfast but a continental setup was only $4.99.
Location: Many chain restaurants near. Little Rock easily assessible across the river.
Located in a residential area near malls this is a very nicely set up business hotel. We were traveling for leisure but enjoyed the amenities.

Business TripPosted Jul 30, 2013
Pros: Attentiveness of the staff; comfort of the room and its cleanliness. Great location to downtown Little Rock.
Location: did not have time to check out local things to do.
This hotel is four years old and is well kept. I was able to grab a late dinner at the small bar and the food was very good! The bartender was exceptional and great to chat with. The morning breakfast staff was first rate, attentive, pleasant and really seemed to enjoy people. Clean and comfortable room.

Nice place, great room and clean eith clean towels. Location is great , near a bunch of stores and restaurants. The A/C is not cold enough for some reason so air circulation is not so great in the room.

Yolanda, bar manager, was fabulous! Great customer service. Her worker Joey was also great. Everyone was so personable and friendly that worked with the food service and bar area. The front desk was not as personable and inviting. We will definitely stay at this location again!

Nice PropertyPosted Jul 15, 2013 on Hotels.com
Nice Property, clean rooms, friendly staff. Just wish they would include breakfast with the room. There is an IHOP just across the highway though.
