Hilton Garden Inn North Little Rock

I did not like the breakfast that you have to pay for I was expecting a comp breakfast but every thing else was good

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was very clean, the pool and whirlpool were great, breakfast was delicious, and so was our evening meal. The hotel is near the McCain Mall, Walmart, Target, Toys 'R Us, and too many other shopping and food places to mention. Will definitely stay again!

The rooms were very nice and clean. The hotel overall was very nice. The only thing that would have made it better, is if they offered a free breakfast like most other places do. For the price, a free breakfast would have been nice.

We stayed for one night on September 7, 2012. The hotel was nice and comfortable. It was within walking distance to Walmart and fast food restaurants. It was about 15 minutes from Little Rock Airport and the hotel provided a free shuttle from the airport. My parents were flying out to Arizona early in the morning the next morning and had arranged to take the hotel shuttle to the airport and had reserved it the night before with the front desk. In the morning, there was a mix up and the hotel had no driver available to drive the shuttle. The hotel stepped up to fix the problem by paying for a taxi to take them to the airport. We arrived on a Friday night and tried to use the swimming pool but it was full of kids and parents so we gave up on that idea. There is also a mall not too far from the hotel with many restaurants but we don't know if the hotel would provide a shuttle to there or if you would need to take a taxi.

Good quiet hotel, set off the interstate a little so not that much road noise. No complimentary breakfast, price a little high for what you get, but overall a nice hotel.

Traveling for my first time alone I was leary about where I booked to stay. The Hilton Garden Inn was ideal. It was easy to get to, I felt safe and comfortable, my room was very clean and I loved the elegant decor of the rooms and the lobby. Breakfast was smooth and easy. The front desk staff wasn't the most chatty of individuals and I wasn't certain they would go way out fo their way to help, but it was perfectly standard service. FYI the free cookies at the front desk were horrid...skip them.

Excellent facility and great staff. kitchen staff and quality of food was also excellent. Room was very comfortable. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again.
