“Good value”

convenient to I-630, altho this hotel is not in an area in walking distance to eating/entertainment. hotel was very clean and in very good condition. drawback - no free breakfast offered. we were able to book an internet special, so the room was a very good value for our one night stay.

“not impressed”

When we checked in, there was a huge sign stating that there has been a string of car burglaries and you are basically on your own. Then, we realize that our room did not properly lock. We did not feel safe.

“Great Weekend In Little Rock”

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Hilton Little Rock Medical Center. My girls melted in their pillows and fell fast asleep. I highly recommend this hotel.

“Great Stay, Great Location, & All At A Great Price”

The hotel was centrally located. It was close to resturants, the mall, shopping stores, a golf course, downtown, and the football stadium. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. I look forward to going back!

“Worst experience for a traveling girl”

DON'T STAY HERE! I have always associated the Hilton Hotel with the term quality. This experience was anything but. This chain needs to go back to ground zero and learn CUSTOMER SERVICE techniques. Had security trying to bust in my room at midnight-still don't know why, maybe he was trying to find an empty bed to catch a nap?; shuttle bus drivers could never get me to my correct destination-and they live in the area!; I was placed in a smoking room after requesting a non-smoking room...many more horror stories, not enough space to print. Many attempts to speak with the manager, who never got back to me. I am a professional who travels quite a bit...I probably would have received better service at the local Super 8 and definitely for a much lower price.

“Smoking room”

We requested a non smoking room. And were told we had one but it was a very much a smoking room. They did move us after a bit of a decussion. It really was not in a very good area for food. It is a rather old hotel that has been redone.

“Would go back if in the area”

The breakfast was really good but I think they were unprepared for all the basketball kiddos coming to eat. Had to wait on food for a bit.
