if you book through expedia, you do not get late check out option. This was only extended this one time.my breakfast was not included on my reservation hence i had to pay additional even after reservation through expedia included it.,

The location is convenient, located down the road, 2 minutes from the airport and also across the street from a gas station. There are not any restaurants in the immediate area, so it is nice that they have their own restaurant. The property however, is older, and the rooms and halls have been partially updated, but not fully. The staff however, is the worst part about the property. Probably low hiring standards? At check in, I was met with 3 inconsiderate staff. I am pretty easy, never have questions, have my ID and credit card ready and rarely talk. I just want a key and will be off to my room, but these three still managed to show how uninterested they were in checking me in. The next day, 2 hours before check out, a woman with a pad knocked on my door like she was the police. When I answered and stated I would not be checking out for another hour, she gave a disapproving look and walked away. No apology. No thank you. Just extremely aggressive.

There are a lot of rules around breakfast: only 2 people per room actually get the free one, others have to pay. And there are a lot of staff managing the dining area making sure everyone is behaving.

The property is a bit older, but it is clean and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The full breakfast was hot, fresh, and tasty.

If I could give negative stars I would. I booked 2 double beds for my family of 4. They gave us 1 double. My husband first went downstairs to ask for the room we booked and she said sorry we don’t have any rooms left. So then I went down and asked what they could do. Was there a different room with a couch at least. After pleading with them for 30 minutes she gave me keys to a different room. She said i had to change this room out earlier. So we tried that one. It was not cleaned. When we asked her to clean the room she said if the covers aren’t removed then it’s clean to our standards. During this time they gave away our other room and left us with no room for the night. It’s now almost 11pm and I have a toddler with no bed to sleep in. The staff should be fired!

Check in was fine. Because there were 4 of us in a room, we asked for extra pillows and blankets. They told us they didn’t have any. Once we were in the room, we noticed sweet handprints and nail marks on the headboard. The toilet did not flush. They told us to stay there, they’d send security up with keys for a different room. So we move down the hallway and just as gross. The curtains had stains on them and headboards equally as “worn.” There were only 2 towels in the bathroom (and again, there were 4 of us) so we asked for 6 more (were girls, needed one for hair and one for body). The lady at the front desk rolled her eyes and gave us 1 and said that’s all they had, but someone would come up later with more. Thankfully they did. This place did not have a hair dryer (we had to call for that too). Some positives: provided good soap and hair products, shower was clean and had good water pressure, and it was quiet.

Very large hotel but was like a ghost town and my room was far away from front desk and I had to roll my suitcase a long way to the elevator. Toilet lid was loose and was dangerous to sit on. Tub had slow drain. I was charged an additional $10 and still waiting for a phone call to find out the reason. I liked that there was a restaurant attached

Gentle staff, quick check in and out. Nice and clean installations. The room was so comfortable and clean and I liked the bed and pillows. We add the breakfast and was really good, the staff there were kind and attentive.

Prompt shuttle service. Friendly drivers. Easy check in. Restaurant on site. Setup for breakfast a bit out of the ordinary with staff who get your drinks for you and check you in, but they were very friendly and very helpful. All around a good experience.

Hotel was nice but older, could use an update. The rooms are clean, quiet, and comfortable. It has a mini fridge and microwave. Ice machine on our floor didnt work. The front desk staff at check in was very unfriendly and morning check out staff only slightly better. There is a restaurant in the hotel but would not recommend as service was slow and 2 of 3 orders were incorrect. There are no other dining options near. They offer a free breakfast but doesnt start til 7 on Saturday and if you are traveling that is a little late. If you just need a place to sleep its ok.
