“great location”

“I thought La Quinta would have been better!!”
The motel rooms are tiny. The La Quinta shares a parking lot with a restaurant named after an owl. The flood lights in the parking lot of the restaurant shine right into motel rooms, manager on duty was not interested in moving weary travelers to other side of building. Whoever she was, apparently had no idea. Glad we had to stay only one night. No option to upgrade to bigger beds. 2 adults in double bed, not cool!

I would not recommend this hotel. Was not cleaned. I stayed there about a year ago, it was just fine then. This hotel has gone down hill since then.
“Terrible!”
The first room we were given wreaked of cigarette smoke despite being non smoking. Second room we were not able to get the door to open. Third room the toilet would not flush. Fourth room only smelled of cigarette smoke a little. No rooms left and no where else to go decided to stay. Found dead bugs in the vent for the heater, and the toilet almost didn't flush. Front desk person was just plain rude after we informed her of the problems.
“Not impressed”
We were initially given the wrong key, very frustrating when arriving late at night with a toddler. We requested a non-smoking room and were given a smoking room. By the next day our clothing that we brought into the room with us and wore reeked of smoke. The room was clean but there were stains on the walls. Overall, a disappointing stay. I expect better from this hotel chain.
“Never again”
No fitted sheets. Phone did not work. Poor television quality. Tiny bathroom. We find out that there is another La Quinta, that is newer and nicer and a better location, less than a mile from this one. We were not happy.
“one night stay hotel”
Not for business people. If are not picky and just looking for a decent place to crash this place is right for you. Price is reasonable, you get what you pay for. Don't expect fancy services what-not. The Hotel staffs are friendly. If you want to use the internet in your room it's not going to happen. I've tried every corners of the room and outside, no reception not even one bar. Other than that it's a good place to stay.
“Well satisfied”
Great complimentary breakfast -- yogurt, hard-boiled eggs, waffles along with the usual juice, rolls, cereal, fruit. We appreciated the option of not having sheets changed every day, an energy-saving measure. They should do the same for towels. Our room had a couple maintenance problems. Plenty of chain stores nearby (Sears, Dillards, Target, and others). Good highway access, but traffic is heavy; you need a navigator.
“Great Accomadations”
My wife and I were pleasantly suprised at the cleanliness and quality of this hotel. The breakfast was great, bed was very comfortable, and the rooms were quiet and clean. Highly recommend this location to anyone going to the area, especially for the price. They have super low rates, without losing cleanliness and customer service.
