“Aweful Experience in Little Rock”

Our "adventure" started with what appeared to be a prisoner exchange between two cars that were facing each other with their lights on in the back parking lot. Avoiding this, I made it up to my room, # 240, only to find the lights on, the beds unmade (occupied?), the TV blaring, and beverages around the room. As it was around midnight I got the heck out of there. The front desk attendant said "sorry" when told of the story and gave me the key to room #325. It was on the front side of the motel along the Interstate 30 so it was noisy. The bowl of toilet was brown. I can't say that I had ever seen a brown toilet but now I have. Just to fill in the picture, the only brown part of the toilet was the inside bowl. The outside and seat were almond. So the bowl was pretty dirty. After spending a whole 6 hours at the motel we were ready to leave. Two roaches, one little "cute" one and one huge one wished us well on our journey. To all of this the front desk attendant said "sorry" and "We'll have to get the exterminators back out." Terrific!!! Had I not worked that day and had I not been 6 more hours from my destination I would not have stayed there. The rating on Expedia from the customers was over 4. My experience was not.

“Location Great”

The staff was nice - the location was great - parking lot was very well lighted, we will stay there again if we need to stay in Little Rock. Surprised how quite it was to be right on such a busy interstate.

Area recommendations

We went to the Clinton Library - we left our car in their parking lot by a suggestion of our tour guide at the Library - walked 2 blocks to downtown, but it was in daytime - we felt very safe. Took the street car tour - visited the Farmers Market - very interesting downtown Little Rock - lot to see and do. Good location of motel to go on to Hot Springs

“Will Definitely use this one again!”

I was just l;ooking for a place to stay the night on a long drive, and had found this hotel onilne. I phoned in my reservation, got a great rate, and everything was ready when I arrived. The breakfast was amazing compared to similar hotels. The staff was wonderful. They all seemed really happy to be there which makes it better for everyone! I was also very pleased with the upjeep of the place. It was so good, on my return trip I found it again and stayed another night!

“Clean and Quit!!!”

Easy check in. Desk clerk asked if I had any preference of room, asked for quiet. Did not hear anything. Room was very clean, bed very comfortable. Great place to stay.

“Good hotel in a quiet area”

This hotel was nice enough. Clean, comfortable, etc. When I looked out the window there were only 3 other cars in the lot. Hmmmm! No other businesses surrounding the area. There were restaurants down the road a ways. I'd probably stay elsewhere closer into town next time.
