Iona TrainingPosted Dec 12, 2014
Pros: Everything especially front desk personal, "Darol" He is always great and makes me feel at home and welcome
As usual, the hotel was good, food good, price good. I usually stay here when in class at the Iona Seminary. Will stay again.

Big DisappointmentPosted Dec 9, 2014
Cons: Proper advertising as a motel with pictures that represent it as such.
Cigarette smoke in the lobby and rooms. This is a motel and not a hotel. Rooms doors are on the outside. Old. Security Guard when you walk into the lobby. Questionable location.

Needs workPosted Oct 24, 2014
Pros: It was close to where we were going.
Cons: Everything! It needs work
I have talked to the manager of the LQ in W. Little Rock. The motel is under renovations but she has only been there a few months. I was very disappointed. I can do old but the first room smelled like a football locker room had flooded. Seems there were plumbing problems next door. 2nd room smelled much better but one dust ruffle was missing, one was as crooked as a river. I couldnt get the shower to come on so my son had to pull the know for me. it took both hands. The next morning there were gnats in the sink. A cheap rate is not worth getting if the room is not up to par.

smoke and a dudePosted Oct 15, 2014
My non-smoking room came with smoke. Also, when I unlocked my room, there was a dude in there! Overall it was terrible.

Nice little pub/sports bar about 30' awayPosted Sep 24, 2014
Pros: Pretty good location
Cons: The water in my room did not get cold
Heads up to travelers, this is not a dry county, but there are no alcohol sales on Sunday, except for restaurants, which makes this a very nice place to stay if you want some beer, because there is a nice little sports bar, practically just steps away! Rooms were clean/comfortable, security level was fine.

Great for the valuePosted Sep 18, 2014 on Hotels.com
The hotel was great. It is located in a kind of a bad spot on the intersection of two major road ways, but it is a cute little hotel with everything you need except a refrigerator. It met all of my expectations. There is a pretty cool local bar right next to it - within walking distance - and they served pretty good food given the fact that it is a bar. Right around the corner there is a restaurant called Twin Peaks which I highly recommend for all guys. In downtown Little Rock, AR, there is a pretty cool bar named Flying Saucer that was recommended by the hotel clerk and they have over a hundred beers on tap and I tried several local beers and they were tasty. This hotel is on the west side of Little Rock, and there is quick access to the major highway that circles the city so you will be able to get to wherever you need to go within 20-30 minutes. I highly recommend this hotel given the low price of it.
