Never again!

The room was very outdated, TV was terrible, Heater was very very loud, the walls were very thin and I heard every sound next door and outside, the bed mattress was old and sunken, the room did not have an ironning board and iron, the continental breakfast was also lame... and worst of all... it wasn't even cheap!

We take our guests' comments very seriously and we obviously did not live up to your expectations. Our staff works very hard to ensure our guests are comfortable and safe during their stay and it seems that somewhere something went wrong. Please understand we are researching this to get to the bottom of this issue. I can let you know that even though the room does not have an ironing board and iron, they are always available upon request. Our rates are extremely competitive and much lower than many other hotels. We do hope you will give us another chance in the future to make your stay more memorable. We really enjoyed the hospitality of the staff during our stay. They made us feel comforted in a time of need. They also fixed a wonderful thanksgoving meal for us to enjoy since we were far from home. I would stay here again.

Convenient plus

I stayed one night for business. The staff is very friendly. The lobby does not give a great impression when you arrive but the room was nicely done. The mattress was getting a little worn out but overall it was just fine. Things were clean, refreshed with nice furniture and the room included a refrig. I don't like staying in a room with a direct door to the outside but this time I felt quite safe. The van service is wonderful and runs continuously.

Stayed there while my water heater was out. It's clean and safe and in the middle of town. It's not a luxury resort, obviously.

Close to UAMS

Pros: Shuttle, location, convenience
Cons: Needs new sheets and towels.
Location: UAMS
Pros: Hotel room clean (other than a dirty bed...see below), bathroom modern and spotless, laminate flooring. Staff very friendly and helpful and they don't hold back the Southern hospitality. Parking at UAMS can be challenging and the shuttle was so convenient and the drivers were helpful and fast. Cons: Reminded me of a mediocre motel more than anything else. The bedsheets were cheap and worn to the point I could almost see the matress through the sheets. My room had 2 double beds and one of the beds was dirty when I checked in. The bed was not comfortable at all. The air conditioner is old and loud. My room was next to the road and the noise level was a little much. Overall experience: In the current condition, I would be hesitant to stay in this hotel again. I felt it was not priced appropriately for what services I actually received. I did notice they had a lot of rooms closed for remodeling or repainting. When I come back to UAMS, if they can provide me with a room not next to the road and it is a little nicer (at least aesthetically), I would give them a second chance.

Only problem was the maid started knocking on the door at 8am to see if we wanted towels.
