First check in was a mess because they were short handed and they told me check in would be 1-1.5hrs after normal time which was a huge problem as I had to get dressed For a wedding in the bathroom by the pool

It was disgusting not up to my level of clean they had cigarette burnt holes in the cover no ma’am I would not ever book there again and then they want 50 up front at the desk for what I don’t know but I wouldn’t even have booked it if every other hotel wasn’t booked because that was just horrible

The property wasn't the best but it wasn't the worst. Nice attendant, room was clean. The bathroom shower faucet wasn't working properly had to get the night desk attendant to come and fix it enough to use. (Must be common) and then the aroma of Marijuana was in the room all night.

Definitely would NOT ever stay here again or recommend this hotel. There are questionable people loitering everywhere in the hotel. It appeared to me that people live on the second floor. The room was low quality and there was loud noise past 1am.

This was a great place to stay for what we were doing. Just stopping on way through. The staff was friendly. Lots of restaurants nearby. We didn't use the pool but it looked fine. Breakfast was just pancakes, cereal and instant oatmeal but we knew that going in. It was very clean.

DISGUSTING
The room was absolutely gross. There were vomit stains all over the carpet. The whirlpool tub was yellow and black. The bed had a giant dip in the middle. We arrived after midnight and unfortunately had no choice but to stay. At that time of the night there were still many people hanging out outside, so much noise. This was probably one of the worst stay’s ever. Thankfully I travel with Lysol, slippers and extra bedsheets. Yes, I had to use them all here.

We are sorry you did not enjoy your stay. However, we have new carpet in our rooms and our whirlpool tubs have never been yellow and black. Furthermore, we have not had anyone rent our whirlpool room in over 30 days. So you must have the wrong hote.

Our room was directly across from the ice machine. People were getting ice until about 3AM. It was hard to go to sleep. Check out was a mess and they needed more that one person and/or better instructions about what to do. I stood there for 10-15 minutes only to be told I could have just dropped our keys.

The front desk personnel were great. I was there 2 days and never saw or heard maid service which was questionable. The entry & halls were clean enough. Everything in the room was really wore down though. The bed covers were full of cigarette holes & worn out. The carpet felt matted down. The bathroom was good. The pool needs to be repaired - hard to walk in there without your toes tripping on all the flaked off spots on the bottom. "Breakfast" was pathetic. To be honest, it was adequate for my 2 day last-minute needs but subpar overall and I wouldn't stay there again knowing that but for a cheap place, it was ok.

We are glad our front desk personnel was great for you. As for the maid service, Wyndham Hotels is practicing a "Green" approach to housekeeping service. Due to that, stay over guest only get housekeeping service every other day unless otherwise requested. We have ordered new bedding, it just hasn't came in yet.

The receptionists who checked us in and out were both very friendly and nice. The room was comfortable with a refrigerator and a microwave. The bathroom door hook was broken, and we could not hang our towels. The drain was clogged. Other than these, our stay was very pleasant.

The staff were nice, but the place was run down. The rooms were not checked for cleanliness, working equipment or condition of beds. We had a basketball sized indent in the bed, like a 400lb gorilla slept in it. The TV didn't work, there were stains on the bed cover, there were grease ants in the bathroom and in other areas of the room, there was hair in the shower and the first night we didn't sleep in part because it was too noisy from people outside.

Lobby smelled bad, felt unsafe, we didn't stay
We got to the front desk to check in and did not even get past the lobby. The lobby smelled of old cigarette smoke, questionable individuals were loitering in the darkened lobby area, and the clerk was not helpful or friendly. A quick check with the clerk revealed the pool was out of service and breakfast was coffee and juice (contrary to what was advertised). I didn't want to even see what the rooms might have looked/smelled like. We cut our loses and changed our booking.
