‼️BATES MOTEL‼️ If less 🌟 cud be given, I wud!! If you are a woman PLEASE beware of this location!! I Showed up at property and 1st suspicions was the emptiness of the property. I shud have read the reviews and failed to do so this time!! I suspect ILLEAGAL activity going on and not drugs, I mean something even more concerning for women particularly YOUNG LADIES!!! If you know what I mean...I originaly booked through 3rd party and asked to cancel or even just move me to a "sister" property or another property in their chain and they refused! I lost $$ because I was NOT going to stay there after what I noticed. I expressed my concern to the booking agency and they contacted the property manager and explained the concern and the property owner/manager refused to cancel, change or refund my money. They wouldn't even move me to another chain location! I understood they didnt want to lose the money and they're already losing business but at least compromise & offer a better location! I HAD A MAJOR SAFETY CONCERN! I have been debating on notifying law enforcement for the suspicious activity. The property is also VERY OUTDATED and nothing like the Wyndham Wingate on Shackleford, LR. DO NOT STAY HERE ALONE IF U ARE A WOMAN. And DO NOT STAY ALONE.

Property was not as pictured! Pictures show the room nice and clean when in fact it’s in very poor condition. Very dirty rooms and no clean the first room the desk gave it had dirty trash still in trash can and very dirty and so we looked at a second room and it was worse and they said they had a suite we could look at and it was the last room so we looked and it was still dirty but we needed somewhere to sleep! This property needs a deep cleaning, corners cleaned in rooms, carpet removed, new clean curtains
