Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your recent stay at our motel.I am not clerk here , I manage the whole motel I agree there was delay because I was occupied with other customer service, but delay was not of half hour.There are three contact numbers written at front desk if you had called the number, I would have come to front desk in 2 minutes.There is no dinning area because the dining room had been temporarily closed for renovations during your visit. The milk and muffins was in the refrigerator next to the coffee machine and cups and coffee on the table, I showed you before check in.We do housekeeping service, I knocked the door in morning but no one was inside and our motel policies does not allow us to open the door in the absence of our customer during their stay, however I ask you for the housekeeping service when you arrived but you clearly said no, but I gave you some extra towel as you asked.All over our motel policy allowed only 2 adults and 2 kids in room, I allowed 5 adults(family), gave them extra towels and spreadsheets.We regret to hear that your experience at our motel did not meet your expectations and that you feel it falls short of the standards you anticipated.We apologize for any inconvenience or disappointment caused during your stay.
