Good value apartment

Great location for the Echo arena and L1. Apartment great size and clean. You have to collect keys from an office 20mis walk away though, which was a bit of a pain, other than that would definitely recommend.

Spectacular views of the Docks

The apartment we had in this block was fantastic value for money and we couldn`t have asked for a better location for spending time at the Docks and Liverpool One. We were visiting Liverpool with our 2 teenage daughters and they loved the Penthouse views and how modern it was. If I was going to balance the feedback with any areas for improvement then the floors could have been cleaner, the coffee machine looked great but didn`t work and the outside of the building is very grubby and tired. Overall though, this is a brilliant location and a very cool apartment for the price. We would definitely return.

Perfect location, Two minutes walk to Albert Dockland and Beatles Story Museum. Comfortable and clean. My stay was perfect. Very easy to get there, no reception but really easy to get the keys on the office.

An awful experience!

Although advertised as 4 star accommodation, was clearly nowhere near that standard. The letting agents said the apartment was rated at 3 stars - this contradicted the information given on the Expedia website, which was that it was 4 star. The agents claimed that we had been given an 'upgrade' on the basis that the apartment had been repainted. The apartment was smelly, bathroom and kitchen floor were dirty and even the handles came off the bedroom furniture. It appears that the apartment block is the subject of a local joke! We spent four hours of our two day break desperately trying to find alternative accommodation!

Based apartment - Heating.

The company needs to check gas supply in the apartment before they hand over to their customer. we were in the apartment without heating for 5 hours, it was very cold that day. There was no DVD player as promised in the hotel description.
