“Friendly and clean”

Only complaint is there is no elevator and we were on the 3rd floor. Kind of hard for the senior in our party. Hotel staff did carry up all our luggage. Clean room and friendly staff with a great breakfast.

Beech Mount Executive Accomodation was the best stay we had during our two week tour of the United Kingdom and Ireland. The staff on hand was incredible and did a great job ensuring that our needs were met. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. While I was out, the housekeeper opened the window to ensure that my room would not be stuffy on my return. The hotel was very worth the price paid and I would recommend this place to my friends and family. I will definitely be back!

“Great place to stay in Liverpool”

My wife and I spent two nights there and had a wonderful stay. The staff is friendly, the rooms are very spacious and clean and breakfast is abundant and very good. The only little minus is the hotel's location: you need to take a bus or a taxi to get to city center. So keeping that in mind we would definitely recommend this place for others to stay.

“Service, rain or shine”

A charming place that is helped by a staff which is all too happy to assist and talk. When we were leaving for an event that night, a staff member went out and hailed a cab, knowing it was easier and more efficient to do this rather than call for one. The breakfast is first-rate.

Charming hotel even though located not in the downtown. I recommend it to anyone travelling to Liverpool. Neat place, great breakfast (buffet), friendly staff, has an elevator. From Lime Street Station there’re buses 10, 10A, 10B running frequently – 10 min ride.

Staff are very friendly and helpful, rooms are comfortable, great breakfast and good value for money. Can get quite cheap taxis so this is good option if prepared to sacrifice a bit on central location.

Very friendly helpful staff at the front desk. Great breakfast. However, the room looks very different from photos listed on expedia. The small room was packed with the furnitures like a closet and a fridge. As a result, there is no space to open suit cases or walk comfortably. The room would look much better if they get rid of huge closet and drawer that are occupying the most of space of the room.
