“Excellent boutique style hotel”

We found the hotel excellent. The decor was very good in all the public areas and the room itself was lovely, it had everything you would need for a pleasant stay. The location of this hotel is fantastic, very central, within walking distance of everywhere you could need to visit. The only downside is that car parking in the city centre is very expensive, but if you are travelling by train then this hotel would be fine.

“Cool with he chill taken off”

Great hotel, bit funky, and cool rooms with a balcony. And a fantastic restaurant downstairs in noble house. Only downside is they need wifi in the rooms. Great location near the Albert docks and all those great museums.

We stayed for one night on a room only basis. The rate was reasonable; the room was very well decorated, modern, comfortable and clean. The staff were helpful and available; although I didnt ask there didnt seem to be any additional facilities e.g. a bar/restuarant/room service but being right in the city centre where amenities are on the doorstep this didnt matter on this occasion. No problems to report whatsoever. I would stay at this hotel again on a room only basis.

“A little luxury in the heart of the city”

A lovely stay right in the heart of the city. Lots of cafe's and bars in the area so we never needed the hotel restaurant. We did have a buzzing sound from the fan unit in the bedroom each night which disturbed sleep a little but the staff seemed unaware of this when we mentioned it to them!

“could do better”

The whole place smelt damp and musty, you do quickly get used to it. behind the reception the office door was always open with a big sign reminding staff to up sell. this door should be kept shut. great location and fantastic bar and restaurant. Felt that the hotel was a bit over priced.
