Fantastic hotel, good location, ultra-modern.

Really enjoyed my recent stay at Hotel Indigo, Liverpool. The initial entrance to the hotel is bright, vibrant and very trendy and modern. This immediately set a good impression, and the rest of the hotel did not disappoint. I do a lot of travelling with my job, and I've stayed in countless hotels, but hotel indigo Liverpool was easily one of the best I've stayed in. My ro was immaculate, modern, fresh, great television with choice of channels. Fantastic bathroom with an amazing shower, unlike most hotels, the pressure was very good. The bed was also very comfortable, and the fact I could set my own temperature via the thermostat, it made my nights sleep even more comfortable. I have two very minimal things, the room service men is in need of some revitalisation and the service at Marco Pierre White bar was a little slow. Having said that, they are very Miniscule issues. I was very pleased with my weekend by the Mersey. Definitely reccommend this to everyone.

Modern quiet hotel in City centre location

Posted Jun 29, 2014
Pros: It was quiet and convenient to walk to everywhere of interest in the City centre.
Cons: Signage out the front was rather subtle and not obvious and hence the hotel was not easy to spot when arriving in heavy tea-time traffic.
Location: Liverpool has a lively and interesting city centre with many attractions including museums, historic buildings, shops and restaurants.
Pleasant room with street view. No parking on site but hotel provides significant discount in nearby multi-storey car park.

Ideal location near docks & city centre.

Hotel spotlessly clean. Staff very friendly & helpful. The rooms were very modern, colourful & compact with air conditioning. The breakfast buffet was perfect with selection of fruits, yoghurt, pastries, cooked breakfast etc. The restaurant staff were very efficient. I would have preferred a larger bar area with more seating..especially if weather not suitable for sitting outdoors.

Excellent hotel with a good location

Posted May 22, 2014
Pros: Location and modern facilities.
Location: Good location near to Liverpool One and The Waterfront.
The hotel is well located near to Liverpool One and the waterfront. The hotel is modern and has furnishing and features which appear relatively new. Room was tastefully furnished and clean and the bathroom facilities were up to date. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout. The evening meal in the Marco Pierre White restaurant was okay but expensive and included a 10% service charge which should be optional.
