“I miss Liverpool!”

This place is a great stay for big groups traveling to Liverpool. It wasn't as clean as our US hotels, but it wasn't filthy. Maybe we have different standards? The front desk people were always very nice and helpful. All kinds of people stay at this apartment, from one night stays to actual long time residents. Liverpool is a wonderful place and this apartment is convenient for all Liverpool activities.

“good hotel”

I would stay here again, but there were a few stairs to get our luggage up, which was a bit of an inconvienence, but the reception staff were excellent.

“Great location and apartment, but poor customer service”

Great location, extremely well-equipped apartment and affordable. Was perfect for our family of 5 adults. Only downside was poor reception service when it came to check-in, explaining how the left luggage policy worked, how to find the apartment. Really unfortunate, because otherwise we would have left with a great experience!
