“Great down by the docks!”

The minute we entered we knew it would be good and we weren't disappointed. The quality of the furniture and the comfort of the room was fabulous. The toiletries to take home were of a high quality and the bathroom.....amazing. Although we didn't eat in the hotel the menu looked appetising and good value. It was quiet in area with a short walk to the albet dock or the town centre. Good location and I felt quite spoilt!!

“Had a excellent time”

Stayed at the malmaison for two nights recently and had an excellent time. The hotel and bedroom very comfortable. Excellent service and very friendly staff. Tried the continental breakfast in bed, a bit pricy but two can share 1 and the food inside the basket was very, very nice. Ate in the bistro on the second night and would highly recommend the food. Good value for money, especially the home grown menu.Love the free bathroom products and the power shower. Liverpool is an excellent city to go to for the weekend, lots to do and see and the people are so friendly, especially the taxi drivers. My partner and I have now decided to go on a 'mal mission' to try as many malmaison hotels as we can.

Can characterise this hotel on a Saturday night in two words 'desperate scousewives' Very entertaining.

“Disappointed but not put off”

Hotel new and very trendy The rooms are excellent and facilities very comprehensive..but I was sent to a room that was not prepared properly and the service at breakfast was a little confused such that my order did not get communicated properly. However staff rectified these things once they were notified, although it unfortunatley meant I did not get the time to relax ane enjoy the hotel
