Love this hotel in a great location near prom.Posted Sep 28, 2014
Cons: Only problem was the bath was very high to step into.
Location: Seaside location and also close to countryside.
Everything very good, only comment would be that the bath is very high to step into to have a shower. Great size bed, very comfortable and modern.

One night stay for work.Posted Sep 28, 2014
Hotel was easy to fine and the parking was free. Hotel is right next to the lake area and a 5min walk down to the shops. Staff were attentive and helpful when answering questions. Room was about average size but bed was comfortable and everything was very clean. I would definitely stay again.

Final bill - charged for 3 meals I didn't have.Posted Sep 27, 2014
Pros: Cleanliness and friendly staff.
Cons: The billing system as things were applied to my account that shouldn't have been.
Location: Location good - shopping and theatre.
When checking out, Reception was frantic as two weddings were taking place that day - didn't get the chance to check the final bill properly. Rang same day when I got home to query the items - after a few telephone calls both ways it was accepted that I had been over-charged by £44 and subsequently a further £25.40 and that reimbursement would be made on the debit card I had used. Seven days later I am still waiting. Telephoned again yesterday and was told that I would receive an e-mail confirming the situation. Still waiting for that as well.

Clean, modern hotel with great view of marine.Posted Aug 27, 2014
Beautiful double room with a fantastic view. Staff were extremely polite and very helpful. The gentleman ( with a beard) on reception was very professional and we all commented on how proud he seems of his job. He told us that our room would be lovely and true to his word it was worth the wait Beds were very comfortable and the room was spotless. Will definitely recommend this hotel to friends.

EnjoyablePosted Aug 25, 2014
Pros: The staff, the position and the facilities
Cons: The drinks at breakfast, instant coffee and juice out of a machine, not what you would expect from a 4 star hotel
I would be more than happy to recommend this hotel. The rooms are clean well equipped modern and nicely decorated. Lovely bathrooms, great shower, fridge, flat screen tv, air conditioning , everything you could need and nice views as well. The hotel is in a good position with a car park at £5 a day

Great hotel - really good surprisePosted Aug 25, 2014
Cons: The only thing being a little picky was that only one lift went down to the car park - meant quite a wait when checking out.
Location: Great location for Southport itself but also as a base to see the rest of the area.
Hotel is right on the prom; my room was directly overlooking the marina and I could even see Blackpool Tower! Room included an empty fridge ( not the overpriced mini bar that is normally to be found) so you could actually buy your own sensibly priced beverages and keep them cool. Everywhere was clean and in very good condition. Car park was free and ideally positioned beneath the hotel so car was even kept dry and warm! Buffet breakfast is pricey but very good and includes options additional to buffet at no extra cost.

great short break.Posted Aug 23, 2014
Pros: clean, modern nice friendly helpful staff.
Cons: we never ate in the restaurant-never got chance. but thought breakfast seemed a little pricey at £10 each.
Location: spot on. chip shops galore, lovely Italian restaurants. pitch n put golf near by numerous play areas for children, cinema n fast food outlets also.
lovely hotel, very clean and modern. use of gym, pool, and sauna over the road. good location to shops etc.
