Would stay there again.Posted Jul 30, 2013 on Hotels.com
Only £11 from concert square in a taxi before 12 and £18 after 12am can't complain! Hotel staff are very friendly. Rooms were clean and bathroom was very nice. Only thing lacking in the room was air conditioning... Very warm! Would definitely stay here again. Only downside was that their was drama that came with the wedding reception that took place here on the Saturday night. Would highly recommend

Only use if you need to be near AintreePosted Jul 24, 2013
Pros: Proximity to Aintree
Hotel is tired, especially from the outside. The cleanliness of our room left a lot to be desired and the shower hose was particularly filthy. Walls in dining room were stained.

Absolutely rubbish hotelPosted Jul 19, 2013 on Hotels.com
This is just a run down hotel, no wifi in the room as advertised, the beds are all knacked and the staff are so arrogant and slow. You will never get a smile on their face or they don't know how to say hello.

Good valuePosted Jul 15, 2013
Pros: The Staff
Cons: Hiding the second set of towels
Location: Great location for getting easily into Liverpool or out to Southport
Always a lovely welcome, good service and a good breakfast each morning. We have stayed at the Park a few times now and would not hesitate to go back again. Good value for money.

Convenient for Ferry but beds were awfulPosted Jul 10, 2013 on Hotels.com
We chose this hotel primarily due to its close proximity to the Dublin ferry terminal. While fairly basic, we had an awful night's sleep due to the mattress metal frame and springing digging in to every joint. I long for the day when all hotels either put a thick mattress topper of memory foam or replace all the mattresses with good quality memory foam. It would give a brilliant sleep yet should be hard-wearing enough to last for some years.

This hotel should be a 1* at the mostPosted Jun 4, 2013 on Hotels.com
I have had a very unpleasant 4 days stay at this hotel. It is advertised as free wifi but they don't really work in your room, you have to do down in reception. The bed sheets did not smell fresh, the bathroom floor was sticky when I walked in and it just does not smell clean at all. Please do not have dinner in this hotel, in fact I have not seen one person going for dinner in the 4 nights I stayed there. Breakfast was very basic and how slow these servers are, no manners and not even a smile. Never again

We were down attending the nearby Walton Hospital with family member. We saw via Hotels.com that the hotel welcomes pets. This is not the case. However after signing a disclaimer we were allowed to keep our small dog with us. Please be aware of this inaccuracy in your hotel info.

Just right for what we needed.Posted May 22, 2013 on Hotels.com
Stayed here for the night before the footy at Anfield, is a bit out of town but only a cab ride away to the centre. Room was clean and comfortable new bathrooms, shower not brilliant but warm. the hotel looks very dated for the outside and is not what you see in the picture on here. But the staff were lovely, and food in the bar was very good. It's a decent place to stay.

Good location, inner city plenty of parkingPosted Apr 29, 2013 on Hotels.com
Great staff friendlly that do their jobs professionally Hotel is an older style needs a bit of an update decor wise. Room was clean and tidy on the third floor. secuirity was good. internet connection was by LAN lead which the recetionist provider good and fast broardband. Bath room was clean and really good shower. Only thing I would say about the room was that the window didnt shut well so quite alot of road noise but not enough to disturb me. Full cooked breakfast very good and I ate in the Bar in the evening which wasgood and very reasonably priced. Overall I would definitely stay here again as close to city centre with loads of parking pretty clean to.
