Okay is just that okay.Posted Nov 1, 2012
Pros: Friendly staff.
Cons: Noise. The wireless internet would not stay connected and kept dropping off. Expensive for what it is compare to other nearby properties.
Location: Easy to find on a one way road which when leaving and heading north will require a detour south for a few miles and a u turn.
For a new hotel in 2008 the bathroom tiles were dirty and had hair from some one shaving 3/4 up the wall. These same tiles were already missing grout in more then a few spots. The closer to the floor the worse the tiles were because obviously that is where the water ends up.There has been an attempt to repair the tiles with mis matching mortar and other grout/cement. The sinks top and side panel was being held up by an added untreated pine 2x4 clearly visible on the inside from the top to the floor. Does it work ? yes. But is it quality or the standard of the manufacturer? Not even close. Its a cheap fix for obviously a problem. The rooms are noisy (the hotel wasn't very full when i was there) and you most certainly will hear traffic noise from the 18 wheelers on highway all night long that is literally 100 feet in front of this property. Whats really dumb is the pool is in front of this property and that obviously magnifies the sound to the rooms in front.

Pros: Friendliness of staff
Cons: the beds did seem a little "crunchy" when you rolled over, but were comfortable inspite of the noisy crunchy sound
Location: easy to get to (Livingston, TX)
good staff, room was good, not sure how much more you want me to say. If any complaint it would be how much you want me to type is this portion of your survey.
