Dirty neighborhood and dirty parking. No restaurant on weekends. The breakfast was expensive and very very poor. With so much fresh fruit available in this region they provided canned fruit. We were not impressed with anything about this property except the staff was quite accommodating. And the bed was comfortable

Would stay again!
I’d stopped in a few hotels in Lleida whilst on a 6 week business trip and found this one to be the best out of the ones i’d stayed at. The food was to a really high standard, plenty of parking underneath the hotel, staff were helpful and room generously sized. The convenience of a large supermarket next door really helps and of course being English…there was a kettle!

Except for not actually offering free or discounted parking, merely assisting in the payment for it, the place in itself deserves their four stars. Parking is widely available for free on nearby streets so jot really an issue. The staff was great and very helpful as well.

Good and less good reasons for staying with NH in
Although Covid is a problem the hotel could have done more to assist with evening meal options. The hotel continued to display an evening menu but this was not available. When giving outside options these were either closed/not really known if open and on checking by viewing not really a good option as too much like casual bar/cafes. Part of the problem is that Leida seems to offer little within a short walking distance of the hotel. Places like Zaragoza offer more.

Downtown Lleida Hotel
Staff people were friendly, the room was spacious and the bed super comfy. We have found that many hotels in Spain have very hard beds but not here. The breakfast was very good with lots of variety and there were plenty of walkable restaurants in the area. Note that parking is challenging in Lleida but the hotel has a parking garage that you can use for a fee of nearly €16 overnight. We chose to stay in Lleida as a stopping place on our way back to Barcelona so we did not visit any tourist attractions.

This hotel, although more of a business hotel, was very nice. Large rooms, excellent breakfast buffet, personable and helpful staff.

Have problem with the check in but after they have arranged. Near to Huge grocery. But parking outside “ in front “ of the hotel is not secured, someone have broken and open our car (and we lost some things), after Hotel offered a free parking after the incident.

Worth a visit
Good value comfortable hotel. Short taxi ride to railway station. Good breakfast and reasonable restaurant menu. Local area does not offer much but hotel next to good supermarket!

Good hotel with helpful staff. Meals good. Easy taxi access (7 euro) to railway station. Good rail service to Barcelona. Andorra 90 minutes by bus. Did ask for double bed but got two singles pushed together! Next door to large supermarket.

The hotel isn't terrible at all, there breakfast is good with excellent coffee. My only issue was how extremely hard the beds are, I do not sleep well on hard beds.

Great value hotel
Great hotel for the price and very central to all amenities. The hotel was decorated in a modern style with very comfortable bed, robes and slippers. Definitely worth staying here and will do so next time we are in Lleida, which we really enjoyed.

Nice Hotel & helpful staff
We stayed at his hotel during a roadtrip through France & Spain. It is in the centre of town and easy to find. Underground Parking was available and useful.We had inadvertently brought our daughters glasses with us, and Reception were very helpful in helping us find a box, and the post office to send them back. The Restaurant was good value for both evening meal & breakfast. Would be happy to stay there again.

decent hotel: why annoying internet service
The hotel is comfortable and the staff fantastic. However, the internet in room is overpriced and has a 2 meg limit. Those charges are really annoying.

Check in lentissimo,la ragazza con inglese se la cava male.neanche una bottiglietta di acqua di cortesia,lo fanno tutti gli hotel.abbiamo voluto un caffe' nella hal sembrava fosse di cortesia,ci ha detto che lo mette al conto!!!!!che poveri.il parcheggio come se non ci fosse.fuori dal complesso,se hai i bagagli un bel facchinaggio con la rampa ripida.non si accede da dentro.una delle stanze la 210 il bagno odorava di orina quindi non era pulita bene.alla sala ristorante non sanno dire buongiorno e la ragazza giovane che ci lavora non ha voglia di lavorare,maleducata,se chiedi qualcosa sbuffa.ho chiesto solo dei tovaglioli e un cucchiaino.non vede l'ora che il cliente vada via.i formaggi era vecchi e secchi ai bordi,forse era dei giorni precedenti.i pomodori marci e morbidi sempre vecchi.senza preavviso abbiamo visto che il ristorante sara' chiuso fino al 7.avrebbeto dovuto avvisare da prima.un grande problema con 2 bambine che avevano fame e tutto chiusi.abbiamo trovato qualcosa al super mercato.gestito malissimo questo hotel.sono in viaggio da 4 giorni ed questo era il quarto hotel.eccetto questo che era un disastro tutto i precedenti senza fare nomi erano perfetti.l'unica cosa che funziona e' il pagamento della tassa di soggiorno ed il parcheggio.ci mettono 20 secondi.non ci ri vado mai piu'.
