I was unhappy that there was an additional charge of 42 euros to use a cot. When booking the hotel I would expect all fees to be included and thought this was a lot of money for a cot. Also, air con in the room was turned off even though temperatures were high and we had a baby who was extremely restless in the very warm conditions.

No nonsense decent hotel
Room was fine, mattress could have been a bit comfier, it was a bit thin. No issues with stay at all. Friendly staff. Ample parking and no hidden charges.

Room size is okay, swimming areas are good and very relaxing. Gym is nothing to write home about, most of the equipment are old and not working well. Treadmill was not working. Internet is not that good in the entire property. Couldn't connect from my room unless i go downstairs. Good Food, same thing everyday not much varieties but food everywhere so you have something to eat at anytime, no water in the room, too bad, i nearly shocked. In summary a good hotel, but a little overprice for Spain

Basic hotel, as others said it’s in a quite remote location . although they do offer buses to El Arsenal and Palma Rooms are clean enough , ( some need freshened up, mildew on shower walls and behind beds. The chambermaids work very hard and well to keep rooms clean and fresh. Well done x Food is 3/5. Not a wide enough choice to cater for a wide range of tastes. Often not very hot either. Good pool facilities for children ..Although lifeguard standards can vary dramatically.. Defo not a couples hotel. If you want a cheap n cheerful holiday then that’s fine just be aware of the full picture as it’s more a 3 star hotel.

A Brutally honest review
First off we stayed only 4 nights at this hotel and i think that that was probably the perfect amount of time there for a short break. The hotel itself is a lovely hotel, clean, staff up at the crack of dawn cleaning all the communal areas. However the all inclusive food was lacking. This is mainly the variety of the main meal that they had on offer. The desserts and spread of fruit was great but you cant just have that for dinner.... As said, we only stayed there 4 nights and left on night to one of the 4 restaurants nearby just to get some variety Most of the time the same menu that was on for lunch was also featured at dinner.... Breakfast was a selection of stale cereals, fruit and pastries. They have a cooked selection for breakfast, bacon which was hard from sitting under the heater, sausages that were more like frankfurters, fried bread which you could hammer nails in.... the only cooked food you could eat were the baked beans and a fried egg if you could get it just as its cooked. The hotel staff were 70/30 on being friendly, you will get a good morning but sometimes it wouldn't hurt to crack a smile.... The hotel did put on bus transfers for free to Palma and the beach in El Arenal which are both great places the visit, and you will visit them as there is almost nothing around the hotel at all. If you cant get on the bus there is also a public bus which is about 3 euro and takes about an hour to get to Palma. Its about 30 euro by taxi from Palma...

NICE SHORT BREAK
My partner and I visited this hotel for our first holiday together. Staff were lovely and cannot fault the cleanliness of the hotel. Plenty of sun loungers so didn’t have to set stupid alarms to get up each morning when away. The only issue we found was that there was very little to do around the hotel. There’s a couple of restaurants down the road but that was about it. However they did provide buses to the beach and the public transport wasn’t to fault. Just meant spending additional money to visit busier areas. Arenals beach was lovely but definitely became lively on some days with drinkers. Takes an hour on the bus to get to Palma and definitely think you need a day there to explore properly. Unfortunately we weren’t at the hotel on the day the hotel bus takes you to Palma beach. We had a lovely break but glad we weren’t there for 2 weeks. Great for families. other guests and staff all lovely.

Is not a 4 Star Hotel. The hotel have been remodel y need more attention to detail. Was cold and the heather wasn't working. In the room was no blankets. I order a blanket. housekeeper got as a blanket very cheap. No for 4 star hotel. People smoking inside of the hotel.

Average Hotel
This hotel is not great if you have celiac disease. Firstly I was told by the head chef that all of their dishes were gluten free, including their bread and pasta dishes. This was obviously untrue. My son (who is only four years old) has celiac and this could of caused him great harm, when complaining to the hotel desk the assistant manager did then come out and explain that actually only the vegetables and fruit were gluten free but for the next meal onwards they would cook my sons food seperately in order for him to have the safest meal time. This sounded fabulous until every meal time (twice a day for 8 days) my son had chicken and chips. In the end we went to a local supermarket and bought my son food even though we had previously paid to be all inclusive. You are not allowed floats in the pool, although they sell floats in the hotel shop (very misleading). There was a leak through one of the hallway lights when it rained (which it did most of the holiday) and the activities inside are limited (and none for children unless you want to leave them in kids club where the staff barely speak English). The rooms were spotless, all of the time as were almost every aspect of the hotel, the maids do an amazing job of that! Overall, weather pretty much ruined the holiday but hotel was not equipped to entertain neither adults or children in the rain causing alot more frustrated kids and fed up parents.

Nice Hotel, but could do better!
Our trip started very good. Myself wife and 4 year old son loved the kids splash pool area. The nearest accessible beach is in S'Arenal which the hotel runs a shuttle bus (book early) and is a nice day out. The room was very good and the maid was very attentive. The food is what is expected from a hotel of this grade ....predictable! Then it went down hill...on the 4th morning of our 6 day break, hoards and hoards of French pensioners took over the Hotel...These people are the rudest, most ignorant people I have come across in my years of travelling. Our family even being asked by some of the French to leave the entertainment space.... A few British family's did stay on until their music drove us out! Trying to get a table at meal times was near impossible as you would get shoved and elbowed out of the way (they have no concept of cueing) In all fairness it was the end of the season, but prior notice to a change in the Hotel programme would have saved some disappointment.

Just had a lovely week in this hotel, every thing good apart from the beds were very uncomfortable, staff friendly, my granddaughter had a great time in the children's pool with all the slides, kids entertainment on a night was good, adults entertainment not so good, food for everyone, plenty to choose from, and snacks left on all day for nibbles, not much to do in the area of the hotel itself, unless you want to hire a car or go on buses everywhere,

Great value for money break.
My friend and I had a 4 night break at this hotel recently and couldn't really fault anything about for value for money. The rooms, building and pool area were all very nice having recently been done up and kept spotlessly clean. Kids pool area was great for younger ones. Food and drink were a bit basic but should be enough to keep everyone happy and you certainly wouldn't starve. Service bus stop to Palma just outside the hotel

It was very easy to connect from the Airport to the hotel. Check in was straight forward. The staff are extremely friendly and readily available. There was hotel entertainment everyday and for those with kids a midi club is there to keep them entertained whole day. A free bus to the town and beach is there and the food is very good and snacks are served all day. I Would definitely come back and also highly recommend.

Nice modern hotel
This hotel had all that we needed for a great relaxing holiday, the food was excellent with many different combinations to choose from and the day time snack bar was very well stocked at all times. the dinning area was quite hectic at times but we always manage to find a table. Fresh food was being bought out all the time even with only 15 min till closing. The staff were always very helpful and friendly.

Disappointing for a 4* property
Very clean hotel but as a 4* hotel, the air conditioning was awful everywhere, not cold as you would normally expect. Turns out it is turned off completely every morning at 2am and not put back on until 12 noon the following day although we weren't convinced it was ever on. We requested a fan and this took over a day to be produced! We stayed in a premium room which was lovely. Swimming pools are a good size and there is a good selection of food and drink throughout the day.

Hotel has undergone some room refurbs we were allocated a refurbished room 125 which was finished to a high standard the work had completed the week before we arrived. Unfortunately our walk in shower flooded slightly and we were moved to another room 525. safe uses key you can hire from reception. Towels provided free for a deposit so if travelling light you have more room for other essentials. WiFi is only free if u book direct with hotel or part of package holiday We extended room on last day which was worth it to shower for the flight. The pools are great - kids will love the slides & tubes The loungers are new. Snacks served round the pools but on windy days the pool does tend to contain a few floating chips bread & crisps blown off plates they are mostly fished out overnight. Food typical all inc fare daily paella a must try The all inc drink is ok, the bar staff could be more engaging Local spirits are a bit rough but you can't expect Havana club Evening entertainment was Typical Animation team stuff. The hotel is a bit out of the way a short walk away there are bars and restaurants. The hotel runs a bus we got a taxi into Arenal for 10 euro worth it if only to confirm you made a good choice staying out in Cabo Blanca Far too many Stag and Hen dos. Its a short walk to the beaches from the hotel where there are a couple of bars, the walk back is up a steep hill. For the more adventurous there is a naturist beach too. All in all a great hotel and a relaxing stay.

You get a very good impression on arrival at this hotel.Lobby/reception area gleaming and modern.Reception staff all welcoming and helpful and pleasant. Rooms need updating and not in comparison to the rest of the hotel's communal areas. Rooms are very clean so are the beds which are firm but comfortable.Some furniture dated.Nice clean bathroom with shower and bath.Plenty of hot water-shower excellent. A good selection of hot & cold food in the restaurant but quality of food not on a 4* hotel par.Caters for several different nationalities. Plenty of snacks and drinks available between meals. Pool areas very clean and have good quality sun beds etc. Entertainment loud &dreadful.Catered more for the small group of children rather than for the adults.Who want's to watch/endure Musical Chairs and similar games until 10.30 pm-then sometimes there was some entertainment for adults until 12.00-Free drinks ended at 11 pm!!! The bar and entertainment area was in a stark white atmosphere- less large room-very unappealing.As it was cool to sit outside we opted to sit in the comfortable chairs in reception and play cards.If you did sit outside you were accompanied with cigarette smoke form the heavy smokers at the hotel.Not nice. Our television did not work (as with many more rooms) due to the cable being severed to the satellite dish-just to add insult to injury!. Queues for the free drinks were at time quite long-service slow (it is Spain). Bus stops outside the hotel for Arenal &Palma

I had a great holiday at this Hotel, on the whole the staff were great, I was however quite disappointed after having a delayed flight and a coach transfer driver who didn't know where he was going which all contributed to us not arriving at the Hotel until about 5am to be greeted by a less than welcoming night receptionist. It did put quite a dampener on my first impression of where I would be spending my holiday.

I do not normally go all inclusive as I prefer going out for dinner in the evening and having a free choice of what I want to eat. We decided however to go AI this time as it does take the hassle out of either making or going out for breakfast and lunch and a few beers and wine at the pool. At the price we paid we were happy to give this a go and if we did not fancy dinner we could always go out. The food was very good for a buffet with an excellent selection and very good quality. It can be a bit samey but it always will be no matter where you go. How much variety do you get at home? We actually ate in for dinner five nights out of the seven we were that happy with the choice available. In terms of the hotel itself, the rooms were spotless clean, beds and pillows were comfortable. Staff were friendly and the activities plentiful and enthusiastic. It is a quiet residential area but we were happy with that, good for a good time and quiet nights. I would recommend for couples and families.

My husband and I have just returned from a four night all inclusive break - got airport taxi - 20mins approx - 35 euros; arrived @ hotel and warmly greeted by reception even though it was 11.30pm! Room comfortable and very clean - nice bath & great shower! balcony overlooked the play area & gardens - perfect (room 121). Hotel in three blocks, a b & c and connecting corridors - all exceptionally clean throughout - including pool(s) and surroundings. Excellent pool bar - exceptionally friendly staff - restaurant served a good breakfast & dinner; all day snacks and nibbles at the bar; large selection good drinks and cocktails; teas/coffee machines. Paid 30 euros for a late check out (8pm) - brilliant. PLEASE NOTE - return taxi to airport - 25 euros from hotel

Ok so this is my first trip too europe in 13 years as my wife is thai and I am disabled. Never found the time to look for a hotel or place too stay. So I decided too phone the flight company spoke too a very helpful person told them a price. They went away for ten minutes and came back with this gem. All inclusive never done it before but will definitely do it again. The food are what can I say stuffed myself silly the first couple of days. Very nice plenty of choice the drinks anything you want all day. Good fun plenty too do in the day time with yoga in the morning very nice. Meeting lots of different people had a great time well worth it. The only bad points of the holiday was getting woken up one day at 1.45am by someone outside. the rooms were small but very well fitted out and very clean.

I would like to thank for a hotel staff, specially for the bar staff:) Ivan your tequila sunrises the best :lol Great family hotel, if you are going to party , this is not right place, it's calm surrounded areas, perfect place for a good rest, food is great, big choice, the only bad thing it's swimming pool water terribly stinks from chemicals. Taxi not very cheap, but buss stop just right there which takes to Arenal and Palma. It's a lovely hotel and Im happy with my choice even if we were 2single girls and wanted some fun, but Arenal very close with Mega Park and lots of fun. Would like to recommend it for a families.

The room was rather ordinary, the bed too firm, and no screen on the sliding door which did allow a few bugs in. Everything else was very positive. The all inclusive is amazing and rather spoiled us. The food was fabulous and quantity excessive. The beer and pina coladas were great although the wine was cheap. The hotel staff spoke multiple languages and were extremely helpful. The shuttle bus to the Palma areas worked well for our needs. The suburban area provides close proximity to beaches and fantastic views, cycling routes, golf course, and groceries. Unfortunately, one has to rent a bike from the Palma area--nothing good available at the hotel. Mallorca is truly a paradise--cannot wait to return.

have read a lot of other reviews and to be honest i paid approx £260 for 5 nights all inclusive for 2 so i was not expecting the ritz. good value for money,poor location,nowhere to walk,clean,very dated,gymnasium not worth talking about.food was ok,but as with most buffet type hotel meals gets boring. 2 daily free buses into s'arenal although playa de palma cleaner,better just a short walk from s'arenal. all local drinks with the all inclusive. fine quiet break. i would recommend this hotel only if you are happy to stay onsite and not expect too much. like everything there is fault to pick if you want to.

Brilliant holiday. Entertainment team made it ruben, jojo, rachel, carlos and silvia. Very child friendly. Lovely food great beer and lovely bar staff. Never has hotel and animation team reacted to children the way these did. Good value for money. Few critical points, not enough umbrellas, swimming pool not cleaned enough and they dont put on the air con in the function room. We didnt let these things spoil our hols but i think its better to point them out.

We went there and stayed in that hotel for 5 nights and 6 days and had an amazing time,,food was very good,good size swimming pool,very good and clean hotel,,the staff was very friendly,,the entertainment staff was brilliant.

Heerlijke modern ingerichte kamers, goed geïsoleerd voor het geluid van buitenaf. Kamers waren schoon en netjes. Ook rond het zwembad en bij de eetgelegenheid was het heel erg schoon. Je ziet nergens iets op de grond liggen en alle toiletten worden heel goed bijgehouden. Goed all-in assortiment en geen mensen die handdoekje leggen in de vroege morgen bij het zwembad.
