Lovely property; clean, modern rooms fitted with great little kitchens - everything you need. If the beds had been king sized it would have been perfection!

The accommodation was really good, the room was clean and tidy and the bathroom was excellent. It was well porpotioned and appointed. The property fails however in their culinary offerings. We asked about the tasting menu but advised that we happy if this was not available. The staff advised that the tasting menu could be done however we would have to have canapes at 6:45pm - not sure why as the restaurant was not busy. The canapes came and were the size of a main meal and it only went downhill from there. As a tasting menu it was not as expected. There was no hint of refinement. There was no offering or pairing of wines. Quite frankly the meal was subpar. Clearing the price tag was for the amount of food rather than the sophitication. On the other side of the coin, breakfast was ok. The staff were extremely nice, and friendly.

Great location, the front staff absolutely amazing, informative, helpful. Totally walkable. Accommodation was so comfortable, had everything we needed.
