Treated like dirt for using ExpediaPosted Jul 20, 2015
Had a long day driving from Seattle to Denver and used Expedia to book this hotel. Room looked good but TV didn't work. Called front desk and was told "oh yea, previous customer stole a cable but a new one will be here Mon." They knew about the problem but gave me the room anyway and didn't bother to tell me! It was Sat. I asked if we could switch rooms and was told hotel was booked. It was close to midnight and I didn't want to switch hotels. I asked for a partial refund and she got a very nasty tone and said nothing could be done because I used expedia. Spoke with a different person in the morning who told me the same thing only with a nicer tone. When I pressed the issue she said she would forward my info to her GM but he was gone for 2 weeks. Big whoop. Very disappointed.

A Gem for Sure!Posted Jul 19, 2015
What a stopover! The staff, facilities, breakfast and location were perfect. Road construction and weather delayed our travel and made for a late arrival. We wished that we had been able to take in more of the benefit and comfort of the Crystal Inn.

Great hotel! Will stay again!Posted Jul 16, 2015
Pros: Staff is exceptional. Very clean. Very quiet. Exceptionally comfortable beds. Easy access. Lots of parking.
Cons: Can't think of a thing.
Location: I stayed here because I had business to do in both Logan and Ogden. It was a good halfway point.
Pleasant, helpful, on-the-ball staff. Very clean. Very quite. Good breakfast. Lots of parking. Exceptionally comfortable beds. I've stayed in countless hotels across the country and this one is right at the top.

Okay place to stay on budgetPosted Jul 12, 2015
Pros: -Okay place to stay while you are on budget. -Breakfast is good.
Cons: -Staff could be friendlier -Offer help with heavy luggage for people who stay on 2nd floor because there is no cart or elevator to second floor
This is like a Motel 6, nothing special. The place is small, family owned, 2-story hotel. No elevator to go up the second floor which makes it hard if you have heavy luggage you would have to drag upstairs yourself. The swimming pool is really small. At the time our family was there, there was constructions around the hotel so driving around town was more difficult. And we can not find a decent restaurant around this town. It took almost 2 hours to drive from Brigham to Salt Lake City. We originally planned to stay in Salt Lake City but ended up staying in Brigham because we wanted to visit Bear Lake the next day. Bear Lake is 2 hours away from Salt Lake City, but is only 1 hour away from Brigham. It is an ok place to stay if you are on budget but don't expect much.

Always goodPosted Jul 2, 2015
Love this chain of hotels, always exceptional service and good animeties, wish thay had a sauna! House keeping declined my late check-out when I was sort of stuck at the hotel for a few hours, ai think the manager should choose not housekeeping, of course she wants to finish as early as poaaible and wont be as commited to the guest's needs.

Pleasant surprisePosted Jul 2, 2015
Pros: cleanliness, spaciousness, good 'human engineering,' refrigerator in the room, easy freeway access
Cons: It's a bit of a trek to the ice machine.
This was our hotel for night 9 of a 10-night road trip, and we didn't know what to expect. (We'd had some big disappointments.) The room was very clean, well appointed, large, and comfortable. They even supplemented the AC with a fan since the temperatures had been hovering around 100. The staff were friendly. The breakfast buffet was quite good. We didn't use the pool but saw several other guests enjoying it. The doors locked securely, and the parking lot was well lit. This 2-star hotel is more 3-star quality than some of the 3-star hotels we had on our trip. I'd recommend it without hesitation.
