Booked three rooms for employees over the weekend - terrible experience for all who stayed. From overbooking & not having a room available on day one, no attendant at the front on day two (waited for 1 hour to get into room), bed frame broken in room one person finally got into. Bathroom of one room had an unusable shower. Over $600 spent on TERRIBLE conditions. Never again.

Despite requesting a non-smoking room, the one we were given had a strong cigarette smell, despite being labeled as non-smoking. Unfortunately, the hotel didn’t have any other rooms available to move our family. Consequently, my children struggled to sleep due to the poor conditions.

The reception staff were very kind and helpful, the room was clean but the smell was terrible; we had to constantly open the windows. Additionally, people in the room above walked all night, and the noise was very loud. Honestly, I do not recommend it for rest, only for a brief stay. However, it has good airport transportation service, and the parking is secure.

no elevator, many rooms on very busy noisy street
no elevator at this property, the room I was in faced a very busy boulevard and windows are not noise proofed. Staff was nice. heater in bathroom was a nice touch, someone had left it on so it was like a sauna when I opened the door which was nice for my shower.

awkward situation
ru I had a terrible experience at this hotel, I had a friend's birthday and I decided to stay in a hotel close to the event, because I was responsible and didn't drive because I knew I would be drinking and didn't want to drive, I made the reservation and when I arrived at the hotel I was very Poor service, the attendant offended me, she called me drunk, I don't speak English perfectly and she assumed that I didn't speak English properly, I was drunk, she started insulting me and my boyfriend and he had to call the police. I had to look for another hotel, I lost my money and had to spend it at another hotel

Check in was easy however our room was against the road and was loud as well as people in the hall throughout the night yelling and fighting with one another. There was also a man outside our window early in the morning yelling for 30 minutes and I’m not sure if he was associated with the houses across but it was next to our room. I also had a staff member walk into my room without warning. The only thing that saved this visit was the fact that they shuffled us to the airport but I don’t think I would recommend.

Seems like an old property rebranded as a Rodeway Inn. Rooms clean enough, but the rest of the place if very beat up. Road noise from the highway outside was quite loud in our room.

I good location at a reasonable price
We arrived at Boston Logan Airport at midnight and their shuttle was still operating. Great shuttle service the next morning back to the airport too. This hotel is close to the airport and has friendly employees and shuttle drivers. The room rates were very reasonable for Boston!

Reservation Canceled without explanation
Unfortunately for our surprise, after landing at 12pm and had contact the hotel confirming our reservation and making sure that they knew we are doing the check in super late, we got a taxi and arrived at the hotel to find out that our reservation has been canceled by the HOTEL and that they didn’t have any rooms available. The new front desk tried to help contacting other hotels and calling a taxi. Without any hotel to stay@ 3 am we went back to the airport rental car to spend a hour at the car and start driving to our destination. Hotel.com agent offers to find a new room and be responsible for the price difference what didn’t help once that was not one hotel room available in Boston. So we ended up without a room on the middle of the night with 3 hours to drive because an employee on the booked hotel decided to CANCEL our reservation. So if you have a chance choose a different place to stay, looks like not all the staff on this property are liable.

Perfectly fine
I was apprehensive because of all the negative reviews but this hotel was very clean and comfortable Nothing fancy, but a good stay before an early flight Comfortable bed! Rooms in the back of the building preferred because it’s on a busy street Shuttle to airport was on time. Overall a good stay!

Was unsure how it would be because of other reviews..however, we had a very pleasant stay. Room was very clean and comfortable. Perfect for our 2 night stay. No complaints except for very limited parking.

Room and bathroom clean. Desk clerk unable to provide room keys as key machine not working. Had to let us in/out of room with master desk key. *Did get corrected first thing next morning. Table desk lamp only on/off is unplugging from wall. Double light between beds only has one operating bulb. Two light bulbs only lighting room

We arrived after a very late flight and took one look at the area and was concerned. We went inside to check in and found staff extremely unprofessional and the carpet filthy and lobby also filthy . We never even checked in and left even though we had paid for the room in advance. It was that bad!!

The hotel was clean and i liked the room. Issues: i was not informed that the shuttle was not named Rodeway Inn so i missed it and had to call hotel several times before i was told that the shuttle was Boston city and parking...Inform your clients! Also nowhere did i see that the hotel has no elevator. This is a malor issue at 72 wth luggage for a flight..again inform your guest when they are checking in. Thirdly, i was taking a 4 am shuttle and never received my wake up call...a good thing i also had an alarm!
