Nice Simple Hotel
Nice hotel. only stayed one night but was fine for what we needed. bed was really comfortable. Rooms are very small, but if all you need is a place to sleep then its perfectly fine. would stay again

For the price it is what you would expect.
There is very limited parking here and rather tight. Front desk staff is very friendly. Room was small and clean. Bathroom is cruise ship tiny.

We booked and paid online, but when we arrived the reception was closed and the automated machine couldnt find our booking so we had to pay again. We will be actively seeking a refund for the original booking. Otherwise the hotel was basic but this was what we expected. Please advise how to cliam refund for lost booking . Thanks

Wouldn’t stay for free
Just horrible. The room is so tiny, and it’s not very comforting. Feels like a Prison cell, I couldn’t wait to get out. The bathroom grossed me out. Reception area looked ok and the outside of the hotel but upon entering the room , there goes the shocker 😔

Good budget stop or venue for a few days
Typical motel type hotel but found it better than most. Conveniently placed for visiting Orleans and Olivet is a nice little town on the river close by. It was also a short walk to a local fast food grill which was very popular. Room, facilities and WI-FI were good

Fast Hotel is cheap but not nasty
Although small, with a tiny ensuite bathroom, everything was very clean and the breakfast (extra charge) was excellent and worth every penny.

A Sad Member in a Good Chain
We have been using Fast Hotels for more than 20 years. Fast Hotel Orleans was a most negative experience compared to others in the chain. We had specifically requested handicapped facilities. There were no ramps provided and there was a step to enter the room. The shower was a cramped fitted unit which one had to step into. There were twin beds as requested but there was virtually no room to move between the beds and the wall - incredibly cramped. This would have been a double room but with two single beds the size of the bed space was much larger than a king sized bed of 180 cm x 200. Under correct spacing the room could handle a double bed of 140 cm x 200 xm but set up as a twin it was it was virtually impossible to move. In fact we had to leave the wheelchair in the car since it would have been impossible to move with it in the room. When the confirmation of the booking came through I printed it out only to find that there was no address for the hotel. We spent over an hour requesting assistance from other hotels before a waiter at a Buffalo Grill steak house suggested using the Google Mapa program on my mobile to find the actuall address - thank goodness for GPS. There were antiquated signs for the hotel in the area we were origionally looking which directed us up one way streets the wrong way and which had not been replaced since new road works had left them redundent. Floorboads squeaked in the room above ours and there was loud banging etc after midnight

JUSTE DECUE PAR LE COUCHAGE CAR J AVAIS RESERVE UNE CHAMBRE AVEC 2 LITS JUMEAUX (2 LITS SEPARES D UNE PERSONNE) ET TOUT COMPTE FAIT LES LITS N EN FAISAIENT QU UN SEUL (PAS IDEAL AVEC UN ENFANT).

Très bon accueil. Hôtel propre et calme. Parking sécurisé mais gros problème pour se garer, très peu de places. La chambre avec 2 lits jumeaux réservée ne correspondait pas à la demande. Les 2 lits ne faisaient qu un seul grand lit et non 2 lits séparés d une personne.

Pratique car proche du zénith. Le salle de bains est minimaliste (petite, peu de place pour les affaires de toilette, ) Plateau de courtoisie absent dans une des chambres. Petit-déjeuner correct.
