Very Friendly StaffPosted Aug 12, 2014 on Hotels.com
The Family Room we had was just what we needed, Lovely and clean and was made to feel very welcome. The location was fantastic with a 5 minute walk to the central market square for restaurants & bars etc. I hope to return and spend longer visiting Orleans next year.

Staff is very friendly knowledgeable and helpful. Location is great, just a 5 minute walk to brilliant center of Orleans. Room was comfortable and perfectly clean. Wonderful value! We would stay here again.

Great locationPosted Mar 23, 2014 on Hotels.com
An average hotel but in a great location and very helpful staff. The underneath secure parking was a great bonus. An interesting city to wander in and the restaurant we found was good too. The breakfast at 9.5 euros was value for money.

Disappointing but cheapPosted May 21, 2013
Pros: Extremely helpful reception staff
Cons: Lack of facilities and service
Location: On the edge of the city centre within easy walking distance
This was the most basic hotel. No reception service without bashing on a bell and waiting for someone to turn up. The room was simple and there was no attempt made to make you feel comfortable. The wifi was dropping frequently. The tv only showed French channels. The reception staff were extremely friendly though. That was the only good thing about the whole stay. Another dingy badly lit underground car park. Situated on the edge of the city centre but close to a major shopping mall. No restaurant or bar in the hotel and only limited soft drinks available during day times. I Think the reception staff went home at night and there was nobody available if you wanted a water after 7 pm.

Great hotel within walking distance of City centrePosted May 12, 2013
Pros: Clean and comfortable rooms
Cons: Very small lifts when carrying baggage
Location: Centrally located
This hotel is well located near the City centre and we were made welcome on arrival by the proprietor. The rooms were of a good size & standard and the self service buffet breakfast was very good. The hotel offers secure underground parking for cars and motorbikes (at a reasonable additional charge per night) and worthwhile pre-booking. I would most definitely stay here again.

Nice Place for a NightPosted Aug 16, 2012 on Hotels.com
We spent a night here on our way south in France. The guy at the front desk was very nice, helpful, and spoke excellent English. The hotel is nothing special, but nice and clean. It's within walking distance of the old town, so you can see all the sights. The underground parking was an asset as well. I would stay here again.

Hotel Saint Aignan Orleans FrancePosted Nov 17, 2011 on Hotels.com
Hotel clean enough but definitely not suitable for a woman travelling on her own. Dark passageways, car park in the basement which was charged for but not accessible unless accompanied by hotel staff. I arrived on a Saturday evening and there was a loud drilling noise in the next bedroom until approx 9pm Not good Breakfast 9 euros for continental Hotel staff friendly enough

The best service in townPosted Sep 21, 2011 on Hotels.com
This hotel has the greatest front desk ever. What a helpful, top notch, quality service. I had to leave my stuff at the hotel way past check out and it wasn't a problem. They kept it secure for me while I had to run all over town. GREAT service!!

Great, clean, friendly hotel not far from the centre.Posted Sep 19, 2011
We often stay somewhere in the north for a night on our way back to the UK from the South of France and we will definitely stay at this hotel again. The room was spotless and comfortable, a good size and the staff were friendly and helpful and the rate was half the price of the hotel we stayed in last time. It's a little walk from the central square, about 10 mins, but this wasn't a problem even around 10.30pm and we have a 2 year old. They offer parking which was a bonus as our car was loaded down and we didn't want to leave it on the street. The car park is tight but the staff came outside and guided my husband the whole way. Not your typical little "French" hotel as its in kind of a towerblock, but if you are on a budget you cannot go wrong!

Everything we needed and morePosted Aug 30, 2011
We stayed in an out of town hotel on the way to the south of france, and was bored. We decided to stay here (right in the city centre) on our return journey. We found the hotel right away and were shwon by the englich speaking assistant (chuck) to our underground parking. When we got to out room we couldn't believe it (for the price) spotlessly clean, perfect deco and everything we needed. (toiletries, hairdryer, tv etc) We were given some excellent recommendations for a walk about and restaurants from chuck and her even through in a map. Breakfast the next day was plentiful and we were able to take what we wanted for our journey as well. The town itself was perfect, the hotel stay was perfect - only trouble is we were only passing through.
