It was great! As a couple we really enjoyed to have room with a view of La Cathédrale d'Orléans. And is accessible for wheelchair if you need that because we do 😌 And great service from the staff 5 of 5!

Good location
The hotel is in a shopping area with many shops and restaurants. We love the location. No on-site parking because it's in front of the train track. It's walkable to the street parking slot, not an issue. We only found it out when we reached the hotel with our full hands of luggage. We didn't know we could stop our car in front of the hotel to unload our luggage if we were the guests because the road sign showed no right turn to the hotel. Our room size is ok. The mattress was too soft for my back, so I preferred a firm mattress bed instead. The glass shower screen doesn't stop the water spilt from the bathtub, so the bathroom was wet after the shower. Maybe the hotel can consider putting a shower curtain instead. It's a small hotel. It hasn't reached 3-star standard yet, but we are happy to stay here to enjoy our shopping and excellent restaurants within walkable distance.

Sent over to Best Western- Nice downtown hotel
The Campanile was actually closed for the holidays, so we were sent across the street to the Best Western. The receptionist was great, the time were clean and spacious. Although the doors to the bathroom left much to be desired... (there are spaces all some The shower/ sink room door since ot is only a swinging door).. but a minor complaint for a very nice downtown French hotel.

Just a very basic hotel. Nice central location. But don't arrive by car unless you are well known in the area. Was a bit of a nightmare. Also, the nice first image on Hotels.com is. Not the hotel, but just a random photo

Simple, clean, comfortable room at a decent price. Great location directly across from the train station and tram stop, and in the upscale shopping area of Orleans. Friendly, helpful front desk staff. Only complaint: no electrical outlet in the bathroom.

Very welcoming and helpful staff. Breakfast was great. The hotel is central and it is easy to walk to all significant features in Orleans. Our room was very small and difficult to move around. It was hot weather but no aircon in our room, only a noisy fan. With the light rail directly below our window we couldn't open the window because of noise.

Perfect location !
Enjoyed a 1 night stay at the Campanille, not that easy to get to as it is located on a barrier precinct. On our arrival the staff were very friendly, our double room was on the 2nd floor. On entering the room we could immediately smell cigarette smoke, on booking I assumed all hotel rooms are none smoking in future I will double check this as None smokers this is not nice ! Pleased to see facilities to make a tea/coffee, appreciated early morning. A nice little balcony facing out onto one of the main streets, a very good location in the middle of restaurants shops etc. Offered a discount for local car park quite nearby.

Very basic room - the photographs make it look a lot better quality than it is. Check was ok - the room is the real let down. The shower didn't even provide adequate hot water.

Great location!
Location was excellent. Close to the train station, shops, supermarket, points of interest. The Juliet balcony was great for fresh air. Staff very helpful. The clean and updated room had a kettle and instant coffee/tea, but It really needed a small refrigerator to keep milk as the little pots of creamer were tiny! Room service paid no attention to the 'do not disturb' sign so use the manual lock inside if you need to be left alone. The hotel had English speaking TV news channels if that's important to you. Did not take the breakfasts so cannot comment on that. Overall, I would stay there again.

Excellent location!
This hotel is in a perfect, convenient location - and has very lovely, friendly and helpful staff. Orléans is one of the cutest little cities in Europe. I loved it there.

Friendly helpful staff. FULL breakfast, though I did not choose to have it. One lobby computer available for guests. Fine, quaint location. Geraniums on the windowsill. Not a bad walk to the Loire River. Right on a tramway line.

Everything within walking distance
This hotel is situated along the main road in the city center. There are numerous shops and restaurants located just steps from the hotel entrance. The building is quite old and has a lot of character. Our room was okay - just enough for a good night's sleep. Despite the non-smoking signs posted in the room, the clients before us obviously puffed away leaving the room with that nasty smell. Since we arrived rather late and were quite fatigued, we didn't request another room.

Good central hotel
We chose this hotel as it was close to the railway station, but only found out later that our train to Paris departed from the Aubrais station about a mile north! However, there was a quick connection from the tram which ran past the hotel. The hotel is very central which made it excellent for shopping, eating and bars.

Orleans is a fun town to explore spend the niight
Convenient location and easy to get around town from this great spot in Orleans. travelled by train to and from town, and could only ask for a softer mattress. We spent several days going from Paris to Nice and this was a very pleasant spot to investigate town from.

The hotel was a short walk from the square where Orleans has expressed its appreciation of Jehanne of Domremy with a statue of her. The only problem I had was that I couldn't send e-mails because I received messages telling me to call my internet service provider. The breakfast was quite adequate.

Hotel is clean and basic, quite difficult to find because you have to go through the pedestrianised area which requires calling a control centre who then open the barrier to let you in. Overall a good cheap hotel.

Convenient for railway station
I arrived by train, so it was good to find a hotel close to the station. It's also an easy and pleasant walk into the heat of Orleans. All the reception staff I met were friendly and efficient. Wifi worked easily.

Center of Orleans.
We stayed in room #208 for 2 nights. The hotel is located in the center of Orleans within walking distance of the cathedral and other tourist sites and across the street from Place d’Arc commercial center. The room has one king bed, a desk, one luggage rack, and a stool. The bathroom has a shower/tub combination and a modern sink with storage beneath and some to the side of the sink. There is a hairdryer. The hotel offers free WIFI and breakfast for a fee. There is no hotel parking but there is public pay parking about 2 blocks away from the hotel. The reception staff was helpful and spoke English.

Less than Ordinary in a goodlocation
This couldhave been a good hotel twenty heras ago, but not today. It is an old building with noisy floors, old fashion keys, had to find lamp switches in the corridors. Do not expect to invite somebody for a meeting at this hotel.

our hotel has no parking. We work with the parking Vinci "Martroi" at the price of €10 24 hours, payment is made directly to the hotel.

Excellent location, but old and in need of updates
We were traveling from the USA and were pleased that the staff spoke English; they were very friendly and helpful. The location could not have been better for us since we were traveling by train and the hotel is across the street from the main station. The hotel is also close to many small shops and the key sights. The room was clean but in need of maintenance and updates.
