To be avoided
The room was clearly much below the standards of a 4* hotel. The bathroom had neither a bathtub, nor a shower cabin, nor a shower curtain; flooding the bathroom when taking a shower was thus unavoidable. There was a lot of noise from the canalization throughout the night; it was extremely noisy whenever someone in the hotel flushed the toilet. The curtains were too short and the room couldn't be properly darkened. Some bathroom amenities had been opened and partially consumed. The spa was closed when I checked in in the early evening, and in the morning it didn't open before the (very early) checkout time. The only positive aspect was the breakfast - good choice of quality products.

The hotel was very warm and cozy. Staff were amazing, welcoming, polite and always willing to help...just amazing! Everyone was so nice...would 100% go back! And did I mention they have a dog mascot at the hotel, as a dog liver that made my stay even better!!! 100% recommend!

A comfortable hotel in central location, excellent showers and toiletries, excellent breakfast and good wi-fi. House wine (Nebiollo) available at the bar by the glass is also excellent. The car park is across the road.

Hotel was excellent, good rooms and very clean. Lack of air conditioning was a pain as weather was very hot during our stay. Noise of motorbikes 24/7 was a pain due to having to have windows open,so location next to main road is an issue

We appreciate your hotel customer service - fast and helpful when we enquire if your housekeeping team found our missing SD memory card. The hotel room facilities are very good and clean. We will definitely want to come back and stay longer in future.

Great night stay, close to city center. NO A/C !
We had two 4 persons rooms, on the 3rd and 4th (=attic) floors. both rooms were in good size, however both were EXTREMELY HOT. Notice there's no A/C in either rooms (and probably in the entire hotel). Hotel has outdoor parking, both on premise and on the other side of the street. for underground parking we were asked to pay EUR 5 per car, but since both outdoor parking places were full - they let us in free. Elevator is VERY OLD and only reaches the 3rd floor.. so you better be in shape ;-) Shower was good, so were the amenities in the bathroom. Breakfast was good when compared with what is usually served in this area of the world. Hotel is located approx. 5 mins from the old center, which has some really nice restaurants and bars. We had an AMAZING dinner at "Steak House Braulio" which is approx. 10-15 mins walk. Overall, we had a good experience.

Old hotel with a nice view
The Hotels is abit old and not as clean as I would expect. However the staff were friendly and helpful. Wifi was very slow and pillow were uncomfortable.

Great for Riding the Stelvio & Gavia Passes
We stayed for two nights while motorcycling from the UK to Ravenna on the Adriatic. We chose Bormio so we could do both the Stelvio and Gavia passes. The hotel is biker friendly. Outside parking is free, garage parking is €5 per night. Standard rooms are large with balcony and large bathroom. Excellent breakfast including freshly squeezed oranges. Very good value 5 course fixed diner menu for €26. Close to town centre. Would stay again.

Good stopover place.
Old hotel with charm. Good bath but a little narrow. The room was old as there was no air conditioning and so we needed to leave the window ajar which didn’t allow much a to flow freely. Geeat service from happy staff. Close to the old town, very sweet.

A FOUR STAR HOTEL WITHOUT AIR-CONDITIONING ?
This hotel might be nice for the winter season. We reserved a superior (!!!) room and received a room in the attic with nearly no ventilation. The heat was unberable and there was no choice other than moving to a standard room, where we were provided with a fan... As "compensation" the hotel management deducted less than 8 perecent from our bill (for a standard room, where we prepaid for "superior. This was insulting ! We paid the bill without any argument. To sum things up, in this four stars (!!!!) hotel, there is no airconditioning. Also, the elevator reaches only the third floor... Beware !

Dear Easyrider, Thank you for sharing your opinion even is not completely true. Unfortnutatly during your staying we had unusual warm weather for a mountain location as all hotels here in bormio (and probably most part of Alpine hotels) we have not Air condition because we never needed it. As well as we showed you on our brochure your room was one of reserved typology, but you can gain it also checking online room's pictures. About the bill, we just applied the cost for Classic Room (only one available) instead that was booked from you (Originally was 219,00 € and you pay 169,00 € it does not seem 8 %). As Attic floor was recently built, the new project does not allow to link the elevator also to 4th floor, but our staff helps with luggage all the time. Anyway we wait you again, maybe in winter season to let find a room that can be more appreciated from you as well as all rooms are different.

We had a great stay in the hotel. All staff was very nice and helpful. Room was very spacious. Its a family hotel which you can feel in every section. Great service in the bar, expecially Pietro was excellent. We definitely will go back.

The staff was not extremely friendly, nor were they rude. The hotel was clean and rooms were nice. This was the first 4 star hotel I've seen in which the room does not come with an information booklet about hotel services, things to do in the area, restaurants, etc. Other than that, no other glaring deficiencies.

Disappoting Miramonti
Good service and nice staff didn't help. Miramonti will not be on my list. My room on 1st floor was very basic. I've had much better comfort in 2-star hotels. Noice from the lobby was really disturbing. A one man-band who played way too long. Breakfast was ok and morning staff great. But restaurant was terrible. Had a fish with No taste!

Beautiful Hotel and Exceptional Service
We loved this place. My wife and son loved it. The service was excellent and the food was great. We enjoyed several bottles of wine and a really romantic dinner.

the Hotel was a dump I will stay there again
water marks running the walls, a thin sponge for a mattress, insects, the smell the stained carpet, I have now learned my lesson by trying to find the cheapest hotel I can. I would had better comforts camping out.

Good overall stay bar a few issues.
Came to Bormio to take part in a cycling event. Had the wife with me as part of an extended weekend break. The hotel staff were good and helpful. Good ski/cycle storage facility. Free parking onsite and in the adjacent car park made it very accessible. The wife enjoyed the spa. In addition the jacuzzi in the bathroom was a great addition. However, a few things did spoil our stay. Air conditioning was very temperamental and for majority of the nights we had to leave the balcony door open to ventilate the room due to the heating being continuously on during a June summer stay. The dinner menu was also a bit limited. Didn't get an opportunity to try out their lunch. However, there are plenty of local restaurants that serve good food. Breakfast was also rather limited with some range of croissants, cereal and a few breads. That was pretty much it.

Wonderful Hotel!
A very nice hotel with very friendly staff. When we had a drink in the bar area, we were brought lots of snacks. Had a great resident dog that slept on the carpet in the lobby.....very cute! Interior was top-notch!. Loads of cozy seating areas to sit and relax. Great secure parking.

We had a wonderful cycling vacation. Hotel is well situated for easy access to classic climbs of Gavia and Stelvio. Nice room for bicycles. Nice patio for post-ride drinks. They also set out snacks before dinner to enjoy with beer and wine.

We booked this hotel for a one night stay. We only paid 59 euros for a huge and very nice looking room! We also had supper at their restaurant: the offered a nice menu for a very reasonnable price. A place to go for sure!

Stayed during summer to cycle. Fantastic base to tackle Stelvio Pass and surrounding rides. Excellent breakfast provided and bike storage room with security access. Located near centre of town and approximately 1km from base of Stelvio Pass ride. Close to restaurants and bus station. Staff provided excellent service and were very accommodating. Room and facilities to an excellent standard. I'll be back

Feel like I got a really good deal with this hotel.good sized room, comfy, friendly staff. one the down side - spa facilities left a little to be desired as the outside pool and sauna were not working. Inside sauna was not very hot either. Restaurant was also not open on the day we went but the pizzeria they recommended was fabulous, inexpensive, huge portions etc so I did not mind too much. would still go back. looks lovely from the outside
