For Senggigi it is a well placed HotelPosted Aug 10, 2014
Cons: The only restaurant that i was bitten at night so learn to put repellent on ,worked out it was the only restaurant that didn't light candles at night.
What a lovely hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Our room was clean tidy and comfortable., with a lovely outside deck. Buffet breakfast was good, plenty of choice and the egg station cooked our order perfectly. we stay 3-4 nights in May. Both pools were clean and lovely to relax/swim in and there were plenty of pool towels around. We ate a couple of times at there restaurant and enjoyed our meals There is plenty close by, beach shops restaurants etc, we enjoyed the Taman and they have a driver at no charge to pick you up and drop you off, we also enjoyed the chilli restaurant 5 minutes down the road great staff food and cocktails. We had a driver by the name of Ali who waits outside just by entrance on the left. He was amazing took us all over the place and helped out with things we want to see or buy> Find him and you won't be sorry. We would love to come back another time

Nice location, great pool, lovely staff!Posted Jun 2, 2014 on Hotels.com
Me and my friend stayed at Kebun for 2 nights before heading to the Gili Islands. At the hotel we received a warm welcome and complimentary drinks. The rooms are spacious and we had a pool view which was great. The hotel is slightly worn, but nothing dramatic. The only reason it didn't get a 5/5 is the pathways can be quite slippery after rain! And the food wasn't particularly great, but this doesn't matter when the main strip of Senggigi is close by. Overall a lovely stay, and I would definitely stay again!

Lovely resort with two great poolsPosted May 11, 2014
Pros: We loved the 75 meter infinity pool. Our room was good value, clean and had great views from the balcony.
Cons: Breakfast was just ok and the air conditioner was noisy and we were informed that they were all noisy.
Location: The location was good for us as there were many very good restaurants close by overlooking the ocean. Plenty of transport available outside.
This is our first time to Lombok and after a delay of 2 hours at Perth airport it was with relief that we checked into Kebun Villa & Resort. We spent three nights here. The room was ready when we checked in and the reception staff were efficient.

Looks old but is value for moneyPosted May 4, 2014 on Hotels.com
We were happy about how the hotel was comfortable enough for weary, young travellers like us. We are not super fussy and neither did we stay in the hotel for too long every day (we usually spend more than 80% of the day outside, not hanging out by the pool). Service was very prompt, the security/reception/"concierge" staff were all efficient and helpful. We are very satisfied. However, the breakfast and tea food lacked variety. For instance, it was super nice and unexpected for the hotel to offer daily free tea/coffee and snack (e.g. fried bananas) in the afternoon. However, there was not really much variety to choose from. Breakfast buffet was typically a spread of 4 types of fruits, a fried rice/noodles, omelette/pancake station, coffee/tea, and a few other simple items like raw vegetables and bread. Not that it matters a great deal, because even the breakfast vouchers stated that only an American breakfast was to be served. All in all, not much fault to be found for the hotel. :)

Beautiful garden hotelPosted Apr 19, 2014
Pros: We enjoyed the pools, the spacious rooms and the general calm, pleasant atmosphere.
Cons: We got wet every day (either sea or rain) and some kind of drying rack on the terrace to hang wet things would have been helpful.
Location: Great location, close to the beach and Art Market but away from it all. Lots of beaches nearby and easy to take trips to the Gilis or elsewhere.
We enjoyed our stay at Kebun Villas. The gardens and pools were beautiful - like swimming in the forest! The hotel is well located in Senggigi for exploring the island of Lombok and it is easy to take trips to the Gilis and around the island from the numerous tour operators nearby.

Very good value for moneyPosted Apr 19, 2014 on Hotels.com
Great location surrounded by all sorts of greenery, superb long pool right in front of hotel room. Staff all very friendly, food was nice (not a huge selection for breakfast but more than enough). Issue of standing water in bath room after shower because of design flaw of drains. All in all a great stay and great value for your money
